I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star review. About a week ago my boyfriend had something wrong with his eye and it was super swollen. We decided to take him there, and we waited for over and hour before he was seen. Then once he was in there the doctor didnt even look in his eye and just told him he had either a severe allergic reaction or an eye infection. Because of that she prescribed him two different eye drops, one for an infection and one for an allergic reaction. The eye drop she prescribed him couldnt be found at any pharmacy in our area and had to be ordered, which we ended up not doing. As I put a drop in his eye, it turns out that all that was wrong was a stye. I could clearly see it was a stye just by pulling down his eyelid, and Im no doctor in any way. I would think a doctor would do that. Anyways, we paid for an expensive visit to find out nothing specific. Anorher time I went I had strep, and I know I did because I get it every summer without fail. The only reason I went to them was so I could get a prescription to help me feel better. When I was there, the doctor only looked in my throats and didnt even swab it for a sample to even check if it was strep. Basically, he told me that I had a sore throat and sent me on my way. I still stayed home from work for a few days because my throat hurt so bad that I couldnt stand it. It was definitely not a normal sore throat, and there were huge white patches. Same thing here, paid for an expensive visit to find out nothing helpful and nothing to help my situation.

Hopefully if your in actual need of medical attention the receptionist doesnt decide that you look like your going to obtain pain killers. My wife was told IMMEDIATELY after presenting referral paperwork from a chiropractor and telling them that she was sent there because her back was in too bad of shape to be worked with that "there are no Drs on staff and the nurse practitioners couldnt prescribe anything more than ibuprofen 800s" and sent out the door. After I told her that the muscle relaxers the cp said she needed were non-narcotic and that there was no reason for them to say that other than the fact that they had decided without really talking to or knowing why someone was there that they were only there to obtain opiates. She went back in and after some more bad noise eventually was allowed to see someone. Judgemental, snotty, short, rude, I could go on and on. Over all it was a very bad experience and it seems shocking to me that they would kick someone out the door like that. Very unprofessional.

I heard the horror stories with long waits but my pediatrician appointments are hard to book so this is the best thing to do. We went at about 4 pm on a Friday. Not a long wait, hard working people, prescription for my sons ear infection. Good experience. UPDATE: After the original good experience with one twin. The other twin got strep symptoms. We took him in thinking it would go well. No. NO. No strep culture. He ended up getting worse, a few days later we take him to the ER. $100 in co-pays. He has strep and now a horrible rash. It could have all been avoided.

This was my first visit to Fisher-Titus Convenient Care and overall it was a great experience. From time I walked in to fill out paperwork and time walked out was just lil over an hour, which I think is pretty fast considering its a walk in and be seen. I had expected to wait longer. As far as some of the other reviews Ive read complaining that theres never an actual Doctor there I dont understand the complaint because almost everywhere anymore has Nurse Practitioner seeing patients and they can prescribe anything youd need!! Id definitely go back if need too!!

Waited over 2 hours to finally see a doctor when there was only one other family ahead of me. The actual doctor was rude and not gentle at all when examining my ears. Told me I was fine and sent me home. I went to my doctor the next day, the moment she looked in my ears she knew I had an ear infection. If you cant get in with your family doctor (like me) or if you dont have a family doctor please dont waist your time going here.

If youre looking to get in and out quick, dont come here. Took my kids in and waited for around 2hrs before we were even seen. Just tried to go in again and they said the wait time would be around an hour, could be more..could be less. Theres never any doctors on staff it seems like and theyre always backed up. Plus, staff at the front desk are rude. Not so convenient.Youd get better and faster service going straight to the ER.

Yet again! I attempted to give this a try again and yet again a 2+hr wait. Who wants their child who is already miserable to sit in a waiting room for 2hrs!! Even my daughter who is 5 said to me as we were walking in..."not this place mommy they make you wait forever! " Nothing convenient about FTMC Convenient Care!!

They were very busy during my visit so it took me a long while to be seen. But thats my only complaint. I was pregnant at the time and they took the extra effort to go over all the drug info with me so I was assured it was safe during pregnancy. They contacted my OB the following day with all my visit info.

Whats convenient about closing at 5pm on a Saturday? Id rather just go to the ER anyway. Previous visit with my daughter, the Dr. wasnt sure what it was, and after I made a suggestion, he said, "Ya it does kinda look like that."

I had a great experience. I was able to be there before 9. Waited 20 min. Left before 10 after all was said and done. Everyone was kind. Cost was very helpful, thank you!

Doctor dismissed us without even seeing my daughter. Didnt want to even do a physical on her just, because she has bad knees. What a waste of time and space.
