Absolutely horrendous customer service. Was seen by Dr. Glenda Parker. Have never met a more unprofessional and rude care provider in my life. I would never want anyone to have the same experience I did. I was a first time patient and she seemed more annoyed than anything during the entire visit. The visit was so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving after 15 minutes. Shame on you Florida Physician Group for hiring such an unprofessional, inconsiderate and down right inappropriate health care provider.

When ever one of my family members or myself have to go to Florida Hospital, we go to Carrollwood since it is close to us. The staff there is excellent. Courtesy, smiling faces, taking time to actually listen and understand your needs. All have a great sense of humor and make you calm.
