Bullshit care. Absurdly terrible. Dr. Russel is a lazy doctor that should not even have a medical license. She has no logical medical reasoning for the way she operates. She rude and doesnt even bother to know her patients before coming in the room or even whike in the room. She should definitely be fired. The entire set up with making woman be tested before every damn appointment is stupid. Especially when they have to go to the main Hospital to be tested, then travel to the woman center 15 minutes away. Its a woman center that doesnt operate to the benefit of the woman. We have to take an entire day off for what should be one simple appointment. Get your act together. After dealing with the crap lies from Dr. Russel, I went to speak to the Director of Gynocology Dr. Harris. He and his team are amazing. He took care of everything and was just wonderful. I can see that he is truly wanting to take care of his patients, and he ia the reason for the 3 stars.

Its the VA, what can you say. They do have some really good people working there but some of the VAs policies are the problems. They are always busy and the wait times may be a little long but one of our tricks is to plan for nothing but the VA when we go. The problem with the VA, as far as I can see is the higher the rating the better and faster you get treated. Dont confuse rating with types of disability or life threatening issues, but thats a policy issue not a personnel issue.

I had a couple appointments in the last five days and I have a new MD her name is Dr. Lindsey Joseph and I was so happy to have a doctor that is in tune to my needs or my questions also concerned and really aggressive to find out my issues! I hope this just leads to greater appointments, ones that I wont miss or cancel, thank you so much Dr. Lindsey Joseph for seeing me!

LESS THAN 1 STAR. So sad how poorly ran the VA system is. And the staff is poorly educated and take responsibility for nothing. The nurses have no bed side manor. I could go on and on, i have heard the worst stories and experienced them. If you want to learn more about medical errors, go here!
