Ive never been here until this past Thursday 7/13/17. I came in as a walk in with a very sick cat. I had no idea what was wrong with her. The staff there was very sweet and caring. What I thought was just to be a physical and maybe some meds turned into having to put her to sleep, she had Feline Leukemia, now she was a stray cat that was around our house we moved into about 3 months ago, had no collar was very skinny but super super sweet! My daughter fell in love with her. We decided to get her Spayed and shots at Greenville Humane Society found out when I went to pick her up she was pregnant. But they did not test to see if she had anything. Its been about 2 weeks we have kept her in and out of the house to heal from the surgery, well she started falling over and drooling, and shaking and peeing on her self. The humane society refused to see her so some suggestions where to take her to Richland Creek Animal Clinic so I did. I have never had to put an animal to sleep, and I didnt know the cat very long and her name was KiKi. But the people here at Richland Creek were great and very knowledgeable. I received a card from them today for the loss of Kiki, now she rest in the shade under a oak tree so she will always be cool. Thank you Richland Creek Animal Clinic!!

Theyre an expensive you can take your animals to the place on the side of the road to get their shots and medicines if you want to I took my dog Lexi to them to get fixed and they are very inexpensive she goes for her yearly checkup in August she get she is on heartworm medicine and flea prevention medicine and it is very inexpensive they are great Dr and the people here are very friendly 4 people that need great doctors that arent expensive and wants to save money they should check Richland Creek out because they are a great Animal Hospital

I cannot say enough about this place. Staff is terrific and I have never felt pressured to do anything here. Prices have always been fair and I have never had a surprise bill. When I lost my Dog to cancer, I never felt so comforted by the staff and the services they offered were a class act. I was able to have my girl cremated and the hand carved urn was more than I could have imagined. We are now raising a beautiful Siberian Husky that is under their care and I look forward to visiting them often.

Do not use this vet office after I got a heartworm test for my dog they wanted me to buy their heargard for an expensive price. Over 100 dollars. I said no I will get it from my online pharmacy. They said fine. When I tried they refused the prescription to the pharmacy. When I called and complained the woman hung up on me. Very rude and verty unethical place. Avoid them I will never go back. Too many good and ethical vets on the area for these crooks.

I had a stray dog neutered there so he could be placed in a dog rescue organization. Their prices were affordable and they assisted me with the paperwork. I appreciate that they dont try to over-treat the dogs with expensive services and they only treat what is necessary. Personally, I like that approach. Will go back and use them as my vet for my other 2 dogs

I took my dog in there to see why her ear was so swollen. I told them I had done ear mite treatment and Dr Jonathan blanton laughed at me and said dogs cant get ear mites. My first and last time using them. Not happy with how there attitudes were.

I have going here for the last 15 years with all my pets. Staff is very friendly and educated. The Vet has a lot of knowledge and offers a lot of information. I have never had a problem here before. They take great car of us.

Today was my first visit. I took a cat in for treatment for an upper respiratory infection. I cant say enough good things about them. Dr. Karen Bowman and the other people that helped us were great. I really appreciate them.

Office staff very rude and dishonest. Vet and techs nice, but cat hurt himself after visit because he was over medicated. Kitty will be going elsewhere in the future.
