The staff was not overly friendly. They only put me down as an owner for not having my 7 year old dog fixed, I realize the health risks and chances but this is my and my husbands decisions as owners. The lady taking my information spoke the entire time of the diseases my dog could develop, like I was unaware and ignorant. Mind you I was only there to have the regular annual vaccinations and a nail trim. Then I waited alone in the quite waiting room for about 20 mins while four people sat behind desks chatting. The tech was a polite and professional but then proceeded to tell me the same information about diseases my dog could develop because of not being fixed, so for a second time I felt almost berated. They took my dog to the back to weigh her which I was fine with, but neglected to tell me they were going to administer shots and do the nail trim before coming back to the room. This, as I would have told them if been given the opportunity, I was not comfortable with. I am not ok with my animal being in a new place with people she does not know and not being able to see me. However, I ignored all this and was happy to see my dog come back all finished within about 3 or 4 mins. Then I go to pay, I wait 10 mins while, again, 4 people stand behind the desk. To top it all off properly, I was charged $10 for each shot (2), $15 for the nail trim and $10 for office visit! I expected the price for the shots and they told me the price for the nail trim, but specifically said that I wont need to see a vet so I dont need at office visit, yet charged me for one. I am satisfied with my dog being healthy but her nails look jagged and uneven. I am not angry about the visit but I defiantly learned where not to take my animal.

On a trip down south I had to board my dog. Sadly I did not have her papers with me and this was a problem. Upon calling home I found out that she was pretty close to her needed annual shots anyway so I called Richland because someone said they were really good at what they do. My dog is a rescue and sometimes she is a little nervous around strangers. Richland was excellent! From the phone call all the way to the actual shots (count them-3!) my sweet doggy and I were treated with the utmost respect and care. The prices of the mobile clinic were wonderful and the clinic even suggested that I wait to do the shots that day since they were not my regular vet and a regular vet visit would be very costly. I was very happy with Nastasha (she did our shots) because she had experience with her own rescues and I know my dog really liked her <3 No lack of communication at Richland. Very pleased with my first time visit from out of town!

I took my 3 month old basset hound puppy here. He had what appeared to be Parvovirus. He was so week, he could barely stand on his own. The "vet" explained to me that he had about a 60% chance of making it. Charged me, sold me some medication, and sent me out the door. My dog didnt make it home!!!!! Then she has the nerve to tell me she is happy with the diagnosis? She felt like that was the best diagnosis. Charge me, sale me medicine (that I never even got to take out of the bag), and my dog die before I make it home was the best diagnosis. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND never taking an animal here. Especially if you like dealing with honest people. Btw, the owner Robbie, told me the same thing. I hope this helps someone from making the same mistake I did.

Weve only been here once, but have more appointments set, I have friends who use the mobile service and they referred me here. I sent an e-mail Reguarding prices and I was floored, not only was it affordable (your arms and legs are safe unlike at most places) they also accept walkins. The staff in the front office was amazing and passed my little Mia around loving on her and giving her lots of snuggles. It gave me a peace of mind knowing even though these women wont see her as much as I do, they honestly and truly LOVE their jobs and will give her the same LOVE and CARE as I will as we go through our life journey together with her. Im honored to have found a place that was so welcoming and genuine to call our vet home.

These people are incredible. They sacrifice their weekends so that we (pet owners) the the opportunity to get our animals vaccinated at an extremely low cost. They consistently post their schedules each Monday by noon and set up at plenty of places, so there is bound to be one that is convenient to you. They get you in and out too...no standing in line forever. I could plainly see that this is something that they do simply out of the kindness of their hearts. Certainly, if they are making any profit whatsoever, it must be next to nothing because its so inexpensive. Bless their hearts for what they do!

This was the worst place and people I have ever come in contact with! They say they love pets well my baby chihuahua hurt her leg we thought it was broken I told my wife to take her and I would come and pay on my way home. When they found out I had the payment the staff member belittled her in front of my children sent my baby dog home with no help at all the treatment we received was criminal.they said "we dont do payment plans" my baby was hurt all we needed was a few hours! I will not ever return and recommend you try dr.patch the best vet ever

i love love love this place. i moved here 12 yrs ago and had 4 pets. the pet mobile was fantastic. super cheap and quick. i then found myself with a little outdoor cat. was able to get her spayed there because their prices were so cheap. since then ive had 2 small dogs and 4 cats taken care of there. not a single problem. quite the opposite, they happily answered any questions i asked. their prices have always been great and with multiple pets that is always a plus. have been there for 12yrs and will be with them for many many more :D.

Made a last-minute appointment with my schnauzer. Once I arrived, the hospital was crazy busy. The staff valued my time and was able to work me in and out within an hour. I was under the impression that the office visit would only be $10 but it actually turned out to be $40. Had I known this, I may have reconsidered. Overall, I was pretty satisfied. Mainly because you can spend hours waiting to be seen in ANY hospital, including a veterinarian hospital.

I love this place. They have reasonable prices. When we make appts never have to wait long to be seen. People r great. Doctors r patient and caring with the animals. And they dont make u feel like your just another patient. They actually take the time to explain any questions or concerns u have. I recommended to other family members and they love them to. But whats the best thing about them? They r open on saturdays. Lovely!!!
