Dr Couture is an outstanding vet. My dog has severe allergies and had been on steroids for years. It was a choice between my dog scratching herself to death (quite literally) or having a high quality of life with the probability that the steroids would shorten her time with us. Dr Couture suggested that we try a brand-new, non-steroidal, medication. The drug is amazing. Scratching was gone in days...my dog lost 8 pounds in three weeks -- just from stopping the steroids. Within months, the manufacturer prohibited writing new prescriptions because demand was outstripping the supply. They wanted to make sure those dogs already on the meds would be able to continue on the meds without interruption. That was a little over 2 years ago. Supply is now where new prescriptions can be written. I count on my vet for good advice. Dr Couture obviously knew of the very latest treatment options and that knowledge made a dramatic improvement to my dogs life. I unhesitatingly recommend Dr Couture to everyone.

Dr. Couture and her staff are simply amazing. We have been in and out of her clinic and hospital for two weeks with sick puppies. They not only, literally, saved their lives from pneumonia but have allowed us to drop off pups/pick up later and have always seen us same day. Their fees are delightfully better that anywhere else closer to our house so we drive 30 min just to see our vet and her staff. They have gone above and beyond to accomodate us and give all 3 of our dogs the best care. We highly recommend Ambassador Animal Hospital and we hope to continue coming here for many years to come. Thank you for all the tender care the past few weeks amidst all of our phone calls and visits!

Brought my middle aged tripawd German Shepard here yesterday for the first time for his recurring skin issues... I usually take my animals to Greenville Animal Care since I am on SSI Disability and have needed their low cost services before... I was unable to get in contact with them this time and really impressed with the reviews for this place and I was so pleased...! The staff was sweet and understanding and I wasnt left feeling guilty because I spent a few weeks trying to treat my dog on my own before just rushing to the vet (I dont even rush MYSELF right out to the doctor if Im sick) Very pleased with them and I think that we might have a new regular vet..!

I have taken my three dogs to Dr. Wiggers for years and always enjoyed his treatment of my boxers. I went in today for shots and the annual visit for my older boxer Toby and to my surprise Dr. Wiggers retired.I was sad for a few minutes because I had a great relationship with him for many years, but to my liking Dr. Elizabeth Couture and her staff went above and beyond my expectations for treating my old friend. I am writing this review to all who might need a new Vet with modern medical skills and new treatments and the compassion most dog lovers demand. Mrs. Couture is fantastic and I would highly recommend her service for all your pets needs.

The staff were all very courteous but I left feeling taken advantage of. They gave shots without asking, including one I specifically asked not to be given, they ran a completely unnecessary blood test without asking (ran a thyroid test because I asked for help clipping my pups nails, does that make sense??), and also charged more for heart worm/flea-tick meds than I have paid anywhere in the last five years. For a routine annual exam, toe nail clipping, and heart worm/flea-tick meds they charged $650.

Dr. Couture and her staff are always incredibly kind to me when I walk in the doors of the clinic. I can honestly say that they all care very much for the animals you entrust to them. They are very knowledgeable and offer multiple treatment courses when available. The staff are all very welcoming and its clear they have a great relationship with one another. I will recommend this clinic to all my friends in the Greenville area!

Ambassador Animal Hospital has truly been a blessing. Our dog had been battling numerous ear-infection with one form of antibiotic after another, and no success. He ultimately had to have surgery which Dr. Couture performed and he is now doing great with NO infection! Highly recommend Ambassador Animal Hospital!

I bring my two large dogs here, and I cannot say enough nice things about the people that work there. They are all so knowledgeable and SO NICE. They can usually schedule an appointment the same day and always answer any question I have for them, the price is not bad either! Highly recommend these folks.

Wow ! What a Great experience....... my wife and I took our 2 Dogs in for check ups and shots last week ..........the staff at Amdassador was very friendly and knowledgeable ! Dr. Libby and her husband Dan really took time not only with our dogs but also with our kids ! Awesome Experience !

I recently toook my new kitty for his 1st vet visit. Dr. Wiggers was awesome. I was able to dop off my pet and pick him up later which was so convieniant. The staff was very friendly, and the service were reasonably priced. Highly reccomended.

The doctor was very rude to her staff while I was there. The "nurses" and receptionists where very pleasant and helpful. The website seems very out of date, there was only one girl besides the doctor that were actually at the office.
