You have to be very careful when dealing with this practice. The Vets here, including Dr. Morgan herself, no doubt following a practice that many Vets engage in, like to induce you into buying products and services that you or your pet may not really need, at astonishing markups. They do this chiefly by rushing you through your visit time, establishing a breathless pace that maximizes their profit, but minimizes your ability to ask questions, including the all-important question as to what is what they are trying to sell you going to cost? Even when you get up front to pay, the staff has been trained not to let you see the invoice until after you have tendered your check -- that way you cant examine what they are charging you for. If you ask, youll get a very quickly delivered oral "explanation" that is not clear. Only after youve written and handed over your check, always for an amount substantially greater than what you thought you were in for, youll get a statement, showing you that bottle of mostly-water ear wash you thought was a free sample in fact cost you $17.50 and tax, or that bottle of anti-fungal lotion you could have had at Walmart for $3 or less, Morgan charged you $17 for. Later, when you realize you were had and call to complain about this, as I did, the little girl at the counter will, with no trace of self-conscious, say to you, "Well, if you dont like our practices you should definitely not come back here." Which only confirms for me that they know what they are doing. Whenever you deal with a Vet, always tell them that they must tell you the price of any service BEFORE they render it, getting your informed consent to proceed. Allow no tests without a full disclosure in advance of the cost. Always, when a Vet goes to hand you any product, demand that you be told at that very moment what they are going to charge you for the item. Before you pay the bill, ALWAYS demand to see the bill in writing, and carefully scrutinize it to see what they have put on there. If you see a charge you do not anticipate, dont hesitate to demand they strike it from the bill before you pay. And its best to pay with plastic whenever possible. Its easier to dispute a bill that way.

I walked in one day a few weeks ago, to inquire about shots for my lab puppy cocoa. The two techs on duty were up front at the time. They both looked my way as I entered, but did not acknowledge me. They were acting in an immature and obnoxious manner and laughing loudly. They ignored me and continued to talk with one another! They did not offer any assistance when I clearly was a new customer and needed help. I made several attempts to get their attention and they kept talking with one another. Really immature women. I was very insulted by horrible customer service. I wondered where the supervisor on duty was and why she allowed the girls to act this way on the job. I stood there for one more minute, and the girls were laughing about men and one girl actually used profanity in their conversation. No customer should have to view this kind of exchange between employees. I was deeply offended, that as a customer I was ignored and subjected to viewing this immature behavior. I wont come here again.

My family had a horrible experience with this poor excuse for a vet.Her ad says they are compassionate which is a LIE.She caused our beloved pet to die.We brought him to her on a Friday afternoon since she had been his so called vet for a few months, she ordered lab works charged a fee for that of course, and sent us home. When I got home my pet was so sick unable to stand we immediately brought him to a real vet and he was admited.Within the hour we were called back at which point we were faced with a very difficult situation.I have a couple concerns [1] WHY DIDNT SHE SUGGEST TRANSFERRING HIM TO A HOSPITAL INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR LAB WORK WHICH DID HIM NO GOOD[2]WHY DIDNT SHE CARE THAT HE MAY HAVE BEEN IN PAIN[3]Why wasnt she aware of his many ailments since she had been seeing him for a few months????IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET PLEASE STAY AWAY FORM MORGANS SO CALLED ANIMAL HOSPITAL.

Morgan Animal Hospital has been my Veterinary office of choice for the last 8 years. Dr. Morgan and her staff have been very attentive to my animals needs. Recently my 12 year old black lab was see for not eating and unfortunately we found out he had cancer. We explored many treatment options and he started to get better, but after a couple of months of fighting he took a turn for the worst. Dr. Morgan and her team helped us through the process and showed true concern for us losing a member of our family. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are some of the best I have seen in the area and I will continue to be a client of this wonderful animal hospital. I have recommended them to everyone I know with pets.

Having gone to numerous vets over the course of 30 years of having fur babies I would have to say that Morgan Animal Hospital and Dr. Morgan herself are the best you can get. Not only are they extremely affordable, they handle all my animals with such compassion and care that I feel super comfortable leaving my animals always knowing they will get the best of care. All the assistance as well as the receptionists are very knowledgeable and so super nice. Anytime I have an emergency issue they always fit me in and I KNOW that the care they give will be right the first time. If I could give 10 stars I would but since 5 is the highest they definitely get 5 shining stars!!

I have been taking my dogs here for years. I cannot compliment the doctors here and the awesome staff enough. When blue pearl wanted over a thousand dollars to put stitches on my dog following an attack after hours, I knew to call Dr. Morgan our regular vet to not get gouged. Sure enough, one of the vets worked my beagle in first thing in the morning for less than half of what the vultures at blue pearl wanted. Dr. Morgan herself is so knowledgeable and kind that I cant imagine taking my four legged kids anywhere else.

My dod was dying and I had to take it the emergency hospital because they where closed. I wanted them to check her out the next day because they where her vet. They said they wanted to retest her on all test I already paid for at the animal hospital. Before the would give me a recommendation on what to do. I had the full report from the animal hospital. They are very pricey. Customer service sucks. Stay away.
