My dog is easily stressed and has been considered "difficult" at other veterinary offices. Rather than just forcing him down for treatment, Dr. Powell took the time to discover what causes his fear and find a way to restrain him that is much less stressful for him (and me). She is also very understanding of my 5 children "helpers" that sometimes provide a little too much help. She is never judgmental of "slack pet parenting", rather has helped to discover a more realistic treatment to suit our crazy lifestyle and still keep our dog healthy. Its a very welcoming, caring, and happy office.

Crosswinds Animal Hospital is by far the best animal hospital in upstate SC! Everyone at Crosswinds always make me and my dog feel right at home in their beautiful clinic. Drs. Hait and Powell are two of the best in the business and take exceptional care of my dog who can be anxious in new situations. Whether I am in the clinic or call later, the staff always takes the time to answer my questions, no matter how ridiculous they may be. This place is hands-down PHENOMENAL. They are incredibly helpful, compassionate, caring, and attentive. No need to consider ANYWHERE else. Ive been taking my Maltepoo, Ava, to Dr. Shannon Hait for nearly seven years now. She just opened this clinic with a partner. I would recommend this center to anyone in the Greenville area, regardless of how far away it is. I truly believe that the people here are the best!!!! State of the art, brand new technology as well. You wont regret it. Your pet is in the best hands possible.

This place is amazing! I didnt believe the reviews on here, but I gave it a try anyways. Thank God I did. The staff is so incredibly nice and the atmosphere is inviting. Dr. Haite did an awesome job with Harly and now she is feeling so much better and acting herself again. Im definitely going back for any check ups Harly needs in the future. Such a great experience! Sometimes I think my dog would rather go to the vet than the park! The staff here love on her and get on the floor to do the examination instead of making them get on a cold counter five feet in the area. Its the little things about this clinic that sets them apart from the rest. They came recommended from friends and we have passed that recommendation on to our new pet owning friends likewise.

I took my two pups in and was so impressed with the staff and care. Dr. Suzie Powell and Anna Miller were knowledgeable, patient, affectionate, and genuine in their approach to my pets and to me. I have been to many vet clinics in this area over the years. I have to say, this will be the one I go to from now on. It is great to find such an outstanding facility and staff.

Dr. Hait and Crystal were amazing. My dog has really bad anxiety and tends to get aggressive when scared and they worked with me and him so well during our visit even after he got aggressive. Ive never been in an environment where all they truly want to do is help your pet. I would recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely love these guys! They really care about your pets and treat them like their own. After a surgery, one of our dogs was scared and nervous so one of the vet techs laid in the floor next to our dog to make sure he felt safe. This is the BEST vet in South Carolina as far as Im concerned.

The doctor was amazing! Apologized for our VERY BRIEF wait. Saw both of our dogs and got down on the floor with us. Encouraged me to help calm our puppy and listened to what I was saying. We wont be going anywhere else!
