I stopped by to quickly run in and grab a bag of prescription dog food. I accidentally left the prescription card at home, but the prescription was already in the system via another store. They could not print another prescription card without physically calling the other store... even though it was right there in their system... for dog food! The vet was on the phone for a long period, and the vet tech was little help. What was supposed to be a quick trip in and out ended up being 25 minutes... there has to be a better way, especially since these are all in the same company and network. Very poor service.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. The Vet was very friendly with our puppy. Our puppy was nervous at first, but then you could tell she was having fun. The exam seemed thorough. Answered all of my questions completely. Called adoption center to confirm vaccines and exams (which I felt was comprehensive, not expected). Very pleased with the service and signed up for the wellness plan, seems beneficial and cost effective.

My cat responded to Dr Nifong before he even responded to me! Lol! She radiates how much she cares and how much she loves animals of all kinds! And she helped take the stress out of vet visits for ME, too! Hannah and all of the staff are friendly and patient! This place is the best!

After having terrible experiences with the one on woodruff rd, this banfield has amazing staff, u can tell they care and make better decisions based on individual pets. My dog enjoys coming here for the friendly faces and treats they provide for her being a good girl.
