We started coming to Eastside Animal Hospital shortly after bringing home our puppy, Rory. Normal visits have been excellent, and they take excellent care of her. I was most impressed with the quality of care after Rory swallowed a penny, which resulted in exploratory surgery to remove it. Dr. Leman gave me all of the information I needed to make a decision on her care, and her surgery was performed successfully that day. Dr. Leman and Dr. Dawkins were both very helpful in post-op to make sure she was recovering well and in as little pain as possible. We highly recommend Eastside Animal Hospital to anyone who needs a vet in the Upstate!

Brought my GSD mix in for a minor emergency visit on 6/13/2015. My regular vet was closed. The staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Michael Dawkins ll was the vet who attended to my dog. He was friendly,thorough and knowledgeable, took the time to explain the situation to us. we were out in about an hour and 15 minutes with 2 prescriptions and a pooch on her way to healing. Price was very fair and received a senior discount (for us not the dog) still cant get use to that. Would recommend, an appointment is recommended but they do handle emergencies.

Last month I called to make an appointment ..the lady answering the phone was rude. Its your job to have great customer skills while dealing with the public. Also after taking my pet to get groomed and nails clipped...they forgot to clip nails. Called back spoke with someone who said if I was not satisfied to bring him back in a day or 2. Satisfied? Isnt that part of the bath ? Ive been coming to Eastside for some time now. Ive always had a great experience there until the last couple of visits. Definitely switching up vets.

The lady on the phone was very rude, cut me off as I was answering her questions, and refused to give me an appointment - she just wanted me to come in and wait for an available spot for my dog to be seen, which could take hours. I told her any day of the week worked and she said just come in whenever, we open at 730. I was excited to bring my dogs to this place from other reviews but after that costumer service experience, they have lost my business. Ill look somewhere else.

Vet technician Sara took care of cleaning my chihuahuas teeth today. I was very pleased with the wonderful job she did. More importantly she took wonderful care of my little one. My chihuahua seemed very relaxed after her stay and showed no signs of being stressed or upset after spending the day away from home. Eastside always treats my dogs like more than pets.

I really do think the doctors and staff here care deeply for my cats wellbeing and overall health. I always worry about how my cats are treated, thanks to some of the horrible videos you can find online, but I honestly trust them to the good people here at Eastside Animal Hospital. They saved my cat, Clydes, life.

How lucky we are to have Eastside Animal Hospital in Spartanburg! After a lost dog wandered in our yard, we were so grateful to Eastside for all the assistance they gave us. They scanned for a chip, and although one was not present, they continued to help us locate the owners! Mallie King and staff are THE BEST!

My dog was hit by a car and her leg was broken in three places and split in half between two of the breaks where the tire hit her. I didnt think she would ever walk again, but now she runs around like nothing ever happened thanks to the Docs at Eastside.
