I am a long time customer. Never had any problems. The facility is clean and orderly. I have complete trust in the vets. Their charges are competitive with others. They do not try to make the bill higher. They discuss any issues they see with your pet, they also answer your questions, and listen to you and want your input. They take the time needed for your visit and dont try to rush you out, but waiting time is not bad. They will call you during office hours if it very important that you need to talk to a vet , but cant get to their office. They cant diagnose your pet over the phone, but they can tell you if your pet needs emergency attention. I am totally satisfied with their services. I would highly recommend them if you need a vet. I adopted my pet from the animal shelter when she was around six months old. She is almost 11 years old now. I never take her anywhere else. They spayed her the day before I was able to take her home and there were never any problems over the surgery. I wrote too much, but if you are like me, I want to know everything I can when making important decisions. And my dog is part of my family, so decisions involving her are very important to me. And believe it or not, they have cold cokes and other soft drinks for 50 cents a can. (yes I said 50 cents). This is a cost to them, they could not buy the drinks for 50 cents. (You may share this to anyone you want to.)

My dog was injured by another dog half his bottom lip was hanging off and they said he needed surgery to fix it but after I asked about payment arrangements they refused to do anything because I didnt have a down payment even though I told them I could pay it on Friday so my dog might die because money is more important to them apparently
