I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. With that being said this place is awesome. When my tooth that I broke 2 years ago started bothering me really bad I looked and found alpha dental. I called and made and appointment and went in this morning to have my tooth looked at. Everyone was extremely nice and understanding. What I like the most is that they did not judge me when I told them I have not been to the dentist in 15 years. Jesse my hygienist was amazing and let the doctor know my fears before he came in to see me. The doctor was very gental and talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable. I ended up having to have my tooth pulled and though it hurt I would have never had it done had it not been for the staff being so nice to me and understanding. I will be going back this time on a more regual basis. Thank you for helping me with my fear and making it as pleasant of an experience as possible.

Absolutely A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!! Very professional, friendly, clean facility with a sense of belonging to their environment. As a first time patient, I went in with excruciating pain and they got me in first thing on a Friday morning. Recommended a root canal and being I have an extremely tight budget; they seen my concern for the tooth being in my smile line, they worked with my budget. Dr. Du, his Assistant Lindsey and the Coordinator Kim were a true blessing to me! I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and understanding. I didnt feel any pain whatsoever and they were constantly re-confirming throughout the short procedure that my comfort was a priority. I must say its been a first in a very very long time that customer service went above and beyond since living in Clarksville. Thank you, Alpha Dental!! You have gained 4 new patients, because my family and I will be permanent with you!

AWESOME! I called this afternoon with a throbbing toothache, Alpha Dental was able to get me in the same day. Upon walking in the staff made me feel comfortable and very welcomed. I was taken back earlier than my appointment time, and the office was very nice and very clean. They have personal TVs that you can watch while waiting of getting work done. My dentist (Dr. Palomaki) was awesome, he gave me straight answers and didnt beat around the bush. The staff that helped me (I wish i could remember their names) was awesome. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Dr. Palomaki talked to me during the entire procedure (tooth extraction) and i felt good after leaving. Any questions i had i was able to call and get an answer. I will return to this dental office EVERY TIME i need something done.

I love Alpha Dental. From the moment you walk through the door, you are warmly greeted by name and made to feel at home by the wonderful front desk staff. The waiting room is extremely comfortable and makes any wait seem like only a few minutes have passed! Kelly, Dr. Palomaki’s hygienist is always personal, extremely professional and immediately removes any anxiousness that a lot of people feel when visiting the dentist. Dr. Palomaki is the best dentist I’ve ever been to, hands down. His care is exceptional and honestly, I’ve never had such a pain free and easy time at any dentist in my life. Should going to the dentist be this great and enjoyable of an experience? It is at Alpha Dental and I don’t hesitate to recommend the wonderful staff and doctors to anyone looking for a new dentist.

This place isnt perfect but its close to it. My dentist is Du and hes amazing, professional and friendly. The secretaries and assistants are all well mannered and friendly as well. The building looks clean and is equipped with a TV in the waiting room and individual ones with each seat. The prices are average and they have payment plans, and if a problem ever arises I am pleased to say they are quick to fix it. The only problem I have is the location. Though it is close to base, Its a bit risky entering the plaza coming from ft. Campbell. Luckily, they have another route to get to the office if you turn left on jack miller blvd through to the side of the building. Overall its a great office with friendly staff and affordable procedures.

My name is Jill Ammerman. I would just like to say that I have had a bad experiences with other dentist offices in the area. I needed to go to a dentist because I had a tooth crack right before Thanksgiving. My friend suggested Alpha Dental. I get a little anxious every time I go to the dentist, but things were different at Alpha. The staff are all wonderful and everyone seems to like to work together. Being anxious still happens, but I have no problems going into an appointment. Thanks Alpha Dental for all that you have done for myself and my family. My experience with them is helping to get me on the right track with my dental health.

I do like this dental place but after I got some cavities filled in, I keep having pain in that tooth. I had gone back and the dentist said to bite down and reduced the filling but my pain is still there. They said if it kept bothering me to return and they would take a closer look at it. I refuse to make an appointment with them only for them to keep trying to locate the pain, the dentist could not find the area that is still causing me pain. Id rather stick with the pain. The hygienists are great and professional. The office is quiet and if you have little kids they are not allowed inside the dental area, for safety reason.

This was my first visit to this dental office and I had such a great experience with them. I liked that they kept their office open even during their lunch time so patients had time to fill out any necessary paperwork before seeing the dentist. The receptionist, Vickie, was very welcoming. She assisted me with all the paperwork I needed to sign and explained what each contained. Heather was the one who did all of my dental work. Her and Dr. Palomaki examined and explained what was being done and what needed to be done. Overall, I had such a wonderful experience and encourage everyone to go there for all of your dental needs!

for a cleaning, they do a great job. My last experience there was horrible. I came in for a tooth infection, (really infected, like oozing yellow puss that turned into a sinus infection into my throat and ear) and they did NOTHING. they told me it wasnt infected and it was swollen from me chewing on it. and then recommended i get my wisdom teeth pulled. that was IT. let me leave in all the pain i was in. totally unconcerned that it was so infected i couldnt chew or eat. went to my normal dr, who prescribed amoxicillin and within 2 days i was feeling 90% better. worst experience ever.

The best experience that I have ever had at a Dental office ever!!! The staff were all very sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely hated going to the dentist but the doctor was so down to earth and made me feel right at home. I wasnt rushed and I was treated great. I was in severe pain. They worked me in and took care of me fast. Their prices are very affordable as well. Im from Florida and if I am back in Tennessee and have any other problems I will definitely come back to Alpha Dental. There is no question about that!! Thank you too much Amy and Dr. Du!!!
