First, It was my mistake that I put wrong time in my calendar, so missed the appointment. I felt bad and called them the first thing in the morning. After I explained the reason and apologized for my mistake, its silent on the other side. I asked if I can re-schedule. She just said one word "NO". Then, silence. I asked that means I can never make an appointment with this dentist again because I missed one appointment. She said another word "YES". Then I asked is it the policy. She said "YES". I can totally understand and accept if its the policy. I can take responsibilities of my mistake. But instead of explaining the reasons, but using her silence to show me her attitude is not acceptable. I am glad, I didnt stick with this dentist.

I was one of those people who put off going to the dentist for way to long and never thought there would be a dental practice where I would ever feel truly comfortable. But I am completely at ease with Dr. Chun. He has a calming manner that helps minimize my stress and he is thorough and meticulous in his work. I have total faith in the care he gives me. The bonus is his office staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful. They always call me the day after a procedure to check on me and are extremely accommodating with appointment times depending on my schedule. For health care I have never experienced a better group.

My husband and I were desperate for a new dentist as we had become increasingly dissatisfied with the care we were receiving from another dentist. We happily found Evanston Dental Care - and we could not be more pleased! Dr. Chun is thorough, professional, friendly and meticulous. I had previously had frequent trouble with gum issues, sometimes needing antibiotics to clear up infections. All of that has gone away since I have been seeing Dr. Chun. His cleaning alone is far superior than any I have had before. I highly recommend Dr. Chun and Evanston Dental Care. If I could give even more stars, I would :)

Dr. Chun is a wonderful dentist. I first started seeing him nine years ago when I lived in Evanston, and, even though I have moved twice since then, I still drive 45 minutes there to see him twice a year. He is always gentle and has never slipped and poked me, he always answers my questions thoroughly and has suggestions for better dental hygiene. For a while I didnt have dental insurance and I found his prices quite reasonable. His front desk staff are extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. The office is always clean and professional. I would never go anywhere else!

When my wife and I moved to Chicago 6 years ago, it was a challenge for us to have to find new doctors, grocery stores, and dentists among other things. I am happy to say that Dr Chun was one of the best decisions we made. He is a very kind person and genuinely wants the best for his patients. He has a very light touch and made it easy for my wife who is always very nervous about going to the dentist. I would absolutely recommend Dr Chun to anyone looking for a great dentist. He is super convenient to get to and his office is very accommodating.

Ive seen Dr. Chun for about two years referred by my good friends, so has my husband. Not only hes very efficient, but he is meticulous and friendly. I dont know how I would have gone through so many dental problems that I had without his help! Receptionists are very friendly as well and they always try to get me an appointment thats most convenient for me. I would highly recommend him as your primary dentist!

I have been his patient for many years now and have probably referred over twenty-plus people to his practice, each of whom have been equally as satisfied as I continue to be. He is easy to relate to, professional, and incredibly intelligent. He is also sensitive to the smallest of concerns you might have. I recommend him without reservation.

Dr. Chun is a high quality dentist, and their clean office and welcoming staff is much appreciated. Dr. Chun does a great job dicussing how your teeth are doing, answering all questions you may have, how to take care of your teeth better, and is easy to talk to. Ive been going to Dr. Chun for several years now and Ive always had a really good experience. He is very friendly and knowledgable and is thorough in his cleanings but my favorite thing about him is his punctuality. If I have an appointment at 10am, he is ready at 10am!
