My children, husband and I have gone to Dr. Silberman for many years and I am always amazed at the quality of every facet of the experience every time Im there. There is no detail left unattended. In my experience (as both a professional investor and consumer) dental practices, and businesses in general, often get some things right, but rarely everything—yet that is the case with Dr. Silbermans practice. First, the dental care is the highest quality. Dr. Silberman consistently makes use of the most up to date, cutting edge technology with skill and confidence. I have rarely if ever felt any pain or anxiety with any of the numerous procedures Ive had done. His cosmetic work is stellar. Not only is the quality of the dentistry the highest, but his and his staffs customer service is unmatched in my experience. There is a rarely a wait. The office manager/receptionist goes beyond whats expected in helping schedule appointments and managing the process. Dr. Silberman, the hygienists and entire staff are genuinely caring and friendly, as well as professional. Dr. Silberman is also wonderful with kids of all ages. When my children were younger, he would put them at ease with magic tricks and small gifts. More recently, my son returned from an appointment actually excited after having a large cavity filled because he was able to watch the procedure. In all my years as a patient (and mother of young patients) of Dr. Silberman, I have had only positive experiences. I think anyone would be hard-pressed to find a better dentist anywhere.

Update: I wanted to give another shout out to the Evanston Dental Associates team, but dont think I can actually write another review. Its over a year since my last visit (oops), with a new job, on a new insurance. I went in for a cleaning and check up today, with hygienist Jessica and Dr. Silberman. Once again, I had a great experience with this highly professional and gentle care team. While I have to follow up for some additional work, I am able to face the upcoming treatments without anxiety, feeling supported and well cared for. Thats saying a lot for a high-needs patient like me. And Sue in the front office made the paperwork/payment/scheduling side of things a breeze as usual. Still cant say enough good things about these folks. If I could give another 5 stars, I would. Dr. Turok is amazing. I am a high-needs patient - a lot of severe medical anxiety - and Dr. Turok not only accomodated my needs vis my anxiety, but did a great job listening to my dental concerns and "wish list". I really appreciated the "educate and empower" approach taken by Dr. Turok: He went over my x-rays with me, and showed me what dentists are looking for when they search for problems. He was extremely thorough and gentle during the examination, and made me feel like I was part of my dental care team. His assistant, Cassandra, was phenomenal too, and I cant say enough good things about Sue, the office manager. Incredibly nice people all around, and Im actually looking forward to my next visit.

I recommend Dr. Silberman and Evanston Dental Associates without any reservation as a premier dental practice that provides exceptional service with unparalleled professionalism. I used to work in the same building as Dr. Silberman. My co-workers recommend him as the best dentist they knew and he was also very conveniently located. Though I no longer work in the same building, I have kept coming back over the past 5 years because Dr. Silberman and his staff are highly qualified and very professional. Dr. Silberman takes the time to explain what he is doing while he is doing it. Because Dr. Silberman tells me what he is doing, I feel more at ease as a dental patient. Dr. Silberman takes great pride in his work and goes well beyond what I would otherwise expect of a dentist. At my first appointment, Dr. Silberman did a comprehensive consultation and identified all of the potential dental issues he thought I might face over the next ten years. I never felt pressured to address any issue before I was ready. If anything, I appreciated being a fully informed patient. I felt better knowing what issues might exist because it prevented me from being surprised about issues at a later time.

Dr. Silberman is the best dentist in Chicagoland and perhaps in the United States. Exceptional expertise, dental work, staff and equipment. I get a lot of compliments as far as having a beautiful smile - thanks to the front teeth veneers done by Dr. Silberman: they look absolutely natural and gorgeous. Very happy with his other dental work as well: fillings, crowns, etc. - the highest quality job possible. Ive been Dr. Silbermans patient for over 5 years now, and although its quite a drive to his office from where I live, its totally worth it: I wouldnt trust any other dentist with my teeth after having such an awesome experience with Dr. Silberman. He is very attentive, friendly and personable; and so is his staff - it makes a visit to the dentist a total pleasure. This positive energy that comes from Dr. Silbermans treatment is a priceless bonus that is hard to find in this world. If I were to recommend a dentist to anybody, it would be Dr. Silberman - the one and only. Very grateful to him and consider myself lucky to be his patient.

Dr. Joe and his staff are the consummate, complete and up-to-date professionals you want to trust to your dental needs. You walk in and there is cheery, ready to talk, Sue to greet you. Then for cleaning, take comfort in the steady hands of Jennifer for a thorough and painless scrubbing (after you see the pictures of her new baby). When its time for the final exam, in walks Dr. Joe with his x-rays and weird looking special magnifying glasses, immediately putting you at ease with his smile and comforting manner and without the slightest hint of pressure, he outlines your options and recommends the best course of action. My family and I have been with Dr. Joe for 25 years, I have experienced everything from tooth extraction, periodontal surgery, crowns and bridge construction.Believe me, he is a craftsman. He continues his professional studies to give his customers state-of-the-art recommendations and treatment. I have complete trust in Dr. Joe and we have even become friends. Imagine that; friends with your dentist!

Dr. Joe did my VENEERS – and they are nothing short of fantastic…no exaggeration. I am a professional corporate presenter and letting Joe do my veneers has not only extended my career, but has positively affected both my work and personal life. To begin with, my teeth look really natural and Joe really took the time listening to how important that was to me. He was also meticulous about color and shaping – and about making adjustments that not only make my bite better, but make my face look better. I’m not kidding – there are ‘domino effects’! I am more relaxed and my smile is easier, less strained. I have noticed that my articulation and voice are better because I am no longer covering my teeth with my lips. I don’t worry AT ALL about photographs. To top it all off, the staff are incredibly nice. I never felt rushed, was always asked about my comfort - - and Joe will seemingly not rest until your bite is just right. My HIGHEST recommendation without a doubt!

Dr. Silberman is by far the best dentist I ever have had. The advanced technology he works with is impressive. But more than just the technology and craftsmanship and medical knowledge, Dr. Silberman works like an artist. The effort he takes to make my dental work look perfect and natural is like nothing I have experienced before. Equally important, he makes me feel secure that, under his care, I can keep my teeth in good health as I grow older. To my surprise, I look forward to dental appointments now. Dr. Silberman and his assistant, Beata, are a great team, working together almost wordlessly, with what seems like a telepathic connection. But with me they are such friendly and interesting conversationalists that I am always eager for the intervals in the work when we can talk. Susan and the rest of the staff also are a pleasure to know and visit with. I feel welcome from the moment I arrive. A happy office, and so, a happy place to visit.
