My daughter has been coming to Sonrisa Family Dental for two years and since we have been there I have always had a problem with front desk staff. Even making an appointment is agonizing going back and forth with the receptionist giving me dates and times that I am unavailable after I repeatedly tell them I need a weekend or evening time. Dont think about using the online appointment system, they didnt even know what I was talking about when I told them I made an appointment online. But this final visit was the last straw after going back and forth with, yet again, the receptionist telling me that my daughter didnt have insurance. I can accept if there is a mix up with the system, or if I had to call to sort it out with the insurance company, what I wont accept is rudeness, attitude, and one word "I dont know" responses and pushing my daughter out of the room without my knowledge as if we are animals. I finally paid the bill so that my daughter could be seen since I waited over six months to get a decent appointment time and took off work to get her there. Something like billing should be done before the patient arrives to avoid any confusion. But, thats why some people are in these job positions and I must realize that ignorance never prevails. I got the insurance situation straight which was in fact error on their parts, and needless to say we will NEVER return. The dentist are really good though and unfortunately your receptionist and front desk are your first point of contact and who sets the tone for your business, as long as this level of customer service is there, they will continue to loose patients.

No recomendó este lugar no sirve te hacen cita y luego te dise k no que necesita especialista no me agradó ya aparte un dia dude como 5 horas alli por k no había personal muy mal ambiente te hacen cita y luego te dise pz volver para la próxima semana lo calificó como el peor dentista k he ido en mi vida me cambie de ese lugar está sucio

NEGLEGENT!!!!! Doctors failed to explain to me procedure and how to care for it afterwards. Did not prescribe me antibiotics for my absess tooth and failed to hand me discharge instructions!!!! When I called,office acted as if I should remember what an assistant "told" me to do instead of handing me an actual instriction sheet.

I called trying to schedule an appointment and the front desk told me my insurance didnt cover much so i would have to pay cash. So i called my insurance and they told me different! Guess they like taking peoples money by lying to them that their insurance doesnt cover them. Glad i didnt let them fool me!

Had an appointment, at 4:30pm today. They took me in at 5:30, only to wait another 40 min, so that the dentist can check his facebook, terrible service from the dentist. I left, couldnt wait for the lazy dentist anymore.

Every dental visit was a great experience. My teeth are clean and bright im not a neighbor but my mom brings me to Sonrise because the quality of care they give. Im happy with my dental office see you soon.

The front desk staff is very slow never coming back. The wait time after your appointment time is still about another 2 hours. Ridiculously horrible service. Next time i will take my business elsewhere.

The staff is slow and the waiting area is filthy. I couldnt let my child play on the floor. My appt was 330pm!!! I waited 2 hours.!!!!!
