Service is poor. The charges for therapy are un-realistic. For one hour of therapy, the therapist will be with you for 15- 20 minutes and charges for three different types of therapy for $235. The business office will sent your account to collection agency within three billing cycles before it has been cleared through your insurance. The business office is not reliable and do not return to the calls. The collection agency will ruin your credit due to the misinformation provided by the business office. The therapists are not knowledgeable. The company main goal is to sucks more money from you with repeat treatment which is not beneficial. I will not recommend to any one to use their any facilities in Tennessee or Georgia unless you are ready to get worst treatment and waste your money as well as harassment from collection agency.

I want to say "thank you" to a very sweet lady that encouraged me to join the Benchmark Therapy family. Seven months ago I experienced a physical setback that I have to admit was the hardest battle I have ever had to fight. I came very close to having my lower leg amputated, but thanks to wonderful doctors they were able save the leg. After surgeries, and recovery I was strongly encouraged to find a Physical Therapist to help with walking normal, again. Sandra Walker took her time to locate a facility that would be convenient for me to get to and contacted my insurance company to get everything expedited. Wow, I didnt have to do a thing other than show up for my first appointment at Benchmark Therapy in Powell,TN. Thank you, Sandra, for caring enough to go out of your way and being a part of my physical wellness.

My experience with Benchmark started 12 years ago when I worked with Susan after surgery on my ankle. Then, starting this past Spring/Summer we worked on my Achilles Tendinitis twice. Then we moved on to my neck and shoulders and I just finished therapy for my lower back. I think Ive worked with all the staff in one way or the other. ALL of them were awesome! They were kind, caring and and professional, while at the same time they made me feel at home. The therapists (Susan, Taylor, Kelli and Alycia), the techs (Tyler and Scott) and, of course Lisa at the front desk really are wonderful people! I would HIGHLY recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy in Faggagut, TN!

My husband and I have been here a couple of times for various injuries. We love it. They are very good about working around your schedule. You work intimately with your physical therapist on a plan of action to improve. You get plenty of personal attention, lots of time to discuss any concerns you might have. And your time is spent with a physical therapist, not an assistant. We have both been to other pt places, but we love it here. We will not go anywhere else.

Benchmark PT has been working on Rachelle with a tremendous, positive success. She is now able to toss the "cane" and walk without it. Her progress continues to improve weekly. She has been and continues to be an inspiration to others. I have personally seen how attentive and supportive the therapists are with their patients. As a former Massage Therapist, I know that being attentive and having a positive attitude helps the patients recover faster.

I hate to rate this business low, because I would say that the physical therapists were good at their jobs and seemed professional. However, I had a difficult time with the billing office and a refund returned to me because of overpayment. It took 2 years from the approximate date of service to be refunded. I think that time frame is a bit excessive.
