A Private User

We took in a feral kitten that was attacked by one of our dogs. He spent the night in the ER and went to Root for followup first thing after the ER closed. Even though they were working us in, never had seen us, and we had just shown up, they spent time with us like we were their only patient that day. They called and checked up and answered all of my stupid questions with sincere and genuine care. They were careful to tell us the worst case scenario, best case scenario, and their honest opinion of what would happen. Absolutely wonderful experience. They were very sweet in staying within our budget without making us feel badly.

Root Animal Clinic in Goodlettsville has done an excellent job looking after our 8 year old Vizsla since we moved to TN about 2 years ago. Prices are very fair based on what I have seen in other parts of Nashville & around the country. Weve had check ups, vaccines, dental cleaning & minor eye surgery with nothing but good experiences. Dr. Root & his staff are always happy to answer questions or concerns.

I moved to the area in February and the first task was to find my new vet. I have 5 dogs and needed a caring vets office. Today I had to have my old chocolate lab put to rest and Everyone at Root Animal clinic were so good to me. Dr. Ayers is wonderful and he put my mind at ease and let me know it was his time. Today I took in two kittens for their wellness exam and saw Dr Ayers, once again, excellent care and service. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. Recently moved to the area. Got a flier at a local arts fair. Had a pet emergency and went here! They were beyond great! My cat had to stay a few nights but they called with updates, let us visit etc. outstanding service and great pricing as well! Dr. ayers took great care of us!

Took my sick kitty in the Vet said was a virus gave him some antibiotics..A week later he was worse brought him back and he had to be put down... If they had diagnosed him correctly when i had first brought him in I would still have him here with me and not be so devastated.
