We have been using Robertson County Animal Clinic in Springfield to take care of our pets for approximately 20 years, and I have never had a negative experience. They provide excellent care when one of our pets has an initial problem, and they follow up, often without any charge for follow-up checks. Pet care is expensive, but I have never felt like I was overcharged. Everyone from the front desk people to the groomers to the veterinary technicians to the veterinarians are friendly and helpful. I just feel comfortable taking my pets to this clinic.

Staff are somewhat friendly. Although people make appts., i seldomly get called in on time. Appts are about 30 minutes delayed frequently. The Vet is nice, thorough and seems to have a good bedside manner, so to speak, important as well, is that Springfield Vet Clinic is better in their prices, cleanliness, & overall atmosphere its highly worth it to go the few extra miles.

When you walk into the clinic you are immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who knows both you and your pet by name. All of the veterinarians are highly trained, friendly and compassionate. They never rush you out the door but rather they take time to listen to your questions and concerns. The entire staff is awesome and I recommend them to anyone with a pet!!

You can set up appointments via their website and they will send you both email and text message reminders that you can opt out of it that pleases you. Also, if you have pit bulls they they super accommodating and loving towards them. The secretary was great, came right over and just loved on my pouting dog who just wanted to lick everyone in sight.

The clinic offers a large caring staff and nice facility. They allow walk-ins and also offer boarding at a fair price. As with any vet, it is a little cheaper to get vaccinations at a Humane Society shelter, which is what I do, but this facility offers full health care for your pet and the staff is very friendly.

The staff is very friendly. They always seem to remember by puppies everytime I go in. They remember all their little corks that makes it a whole lot earlier when I bring in multiple puppies in one shot.
