Called at 4:45 to let them know I was on my way with an emergency for my cat that had been missing for 6 weeks and was found knowing they didnt close until 5:30. They advised me to go elsewhere because they had taken their last patient and wouldnt see anymore patients not even a emergency situation!!!! Not what I call a good caring veterinary!! Doesnt care it was to close to closing and they were leaving, was very shocked to say the least!!

Everyone has said friendly and great service... I have called for prices 2 times and OPAH is way more expensive than other places. I drive to Hendersonville to New Shackle Veterinary Clinic where they are super friendly and affordable. The longer drive is worth the great service and reasonable prices.
