Normally I recommend this place but Im pretty irritated about my experience this week. I was in the Terre Haute clinic on Wednesday and they decided, after we had already waited nearly two hours, they couldnt do one of the services I needed so I can board my dog next week. They suggested that I could come to the Cloverdale clinic on Friday, not Thursday because it would only be this one lady and she wouldnt know how to run the sample, but Friday they would be there all day if I wanted to stop by. Three different people said this would be ok and even gave me directions. So Friday I drive from north Terre Haute all the way to Cloverdale. The door was locked, closed sign on the door, but there were cars parked around the building so I call. No one answers. I left a message and never heard back from anyone. Now Im scrambling trying to find someone to do this one test and get results back before I leave town on Wednesday.

Obtained our puppy through a shelter that works with this clinic. She was to be chipped and spayed through here. Took over on a Thursday to get spayed, given information that if she had any complications then to contact them only with a 24 hr Emergency number (over the weekend). Friday night she started running fever and was screaming cause she was constipated. Called numerous times over the weekend through this 24 hr EMERGENCY number and NEVER received a call back. On Monday, we finally were able to get someone to answer (of course at the business line) and they said that we need to contact OUR vet. Which thier paperwork says not to do. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE and Hacks

I would recommend either of the SPOT locations to anyone looking for an affordable place to take their pet for basic veterinary care and shots as well as getting spayed or neutered. It is a non-profit organization and the prices are very reasonable. The staff and vets are very friendly and show great care for the animals.

my $55 spay ended up costing me over $200! my dog picked up kennel cough and spread it to all my other dogs including a pregnant female. Spot Inc didnt even bother to return my call when i contacted them about it! Will never go here for anything ever again!

I have been going to Spot Inc. for over 2 years now. I love all of the staff here! Everyone is kind and polite! They take the time to answer questions about all of my animals! Love it!!

I had my cat spayed there 3 years ago. Dropped her off at 8:00am and picked her up at 5:00pm. No complications she also had her shots. $60 total. Staff were very helpful.
