I have been going to this vet since I couldnt afford to drive to Bean Blossom anymore when gas prices soared. Dr. Craig is the best of the best- an old country doctor who cares about you and your animals and gives them only care they need. His new partner is wonderful as well- what a sweetheart- so caring and neither ever even suggests procedures that arent 100% necessary- you can trust every word they say. They used to be really cheap- but their prices went up almost two years ago- now they cost pretty much what the other vets cost- but they still save you money by not recommending unnecessary add-ons.

Fed up with the corporatized, less "collegial" veterinarians in Bloomington, we found this vet operation to be the perfect, small town, down-to-business venue we were looking for. Have taken both cats and dogs there now for two years and have not regretted it. No "pressure" sales, but kind folks, and affordable. Weve regained our faith in vets who care, treat appropriately when necessary, and dont try to milk you for every cent they can squeeze out of you.

It is a no-frills clinic focused on giving the right care at the right time--very refreshing in this world of over-charging, marketing-oriented veterinary care. This practical approach keeps their prices low and the quality of care high. I could not recommend them more highly.
