We scheduled a neuter appointment for our puppy at the East Memphis location. They called each day after we scheduled it to push it back. Each time they gave us the same reasoning "theres one day out of the month the doctor does not do the surgeries"... Staff does not seem to communicate with each other or the doctors. Ended up getting the procedure done elsewhere a month before PetVax had us scheduled.

The only place we trust with our dogs. Less expensive than some local big name vets but they still care just as much. They have saved 2 of our dogs lives with quick action and a correct diagnosis. Currently the oldest is 16 years old and still running like a puppy

Great Vets, caring Vet assistants, friendly clients. They always call for appointment reminders, and after care or procedures to check on my pets. Its usually busy and theres a wait but chatting with other pet parents is a great way to pass the time.

The other Petvax locations are ok but the East Memphis location is the best. Wonderful staff, clean /calming environment, very organized. Petvax is the only vet I recommend.

Good prices, make sure you try to stick with one vet, they will alternate days so ask in advance to see the same doctor.
