Cant ever go in without them trying to hussle me out of extremely costly dentals for the dogs, which I can get done for 1/3rd the cost elsewhere, or nearly $500 for a wellness exam which Ive recently found elsewhere for 1/5th the cost. I feel like Im being hassled by some used car salesman named Slick whenever I go there. I rescue as many dogs as I can and always have 5 in my home, but I cant take out a second mortgage just to line the pockets of these charlatans. And to update the review since the owner has decided that this is a "violation" of the Terms of Service, be clear that I live in Memphis, Tennessee and I have not mistaken this clinic for any other. If you all keep shoddy records of who your clients are, that speaks for itself. I guess since I never visited the office somehow or another I just magically get e-mail reminders from your clinic. These reviews are here so others can make informed choices, and your shameless attempt to manipulate reviews by threatening "to take appropriate measures" proves my point. 2nd Update: I have 5 dogs and 3 have been at this clinic. I have begun keeping records of EVERY postcard reminder as well as e-mail reminders since, after all, I do not exist, or live nearby in Bartlett. Ill be delighted to prove you as much liars as you are quacks.

I was recommended this animal hospital by a co worker that said they have never had their animals treated so well and with so much care until they went to Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital and he was correct. The ladies at the front desk came out and pet my dog and got to know him which made me feel extremely comfortable about leaving my dog there for a surgery. They knew that I was nervous because my dog means everything to me that after the surgery and when my dog woke up for the anesthetics they sent me a small video clip of him waking up and the nurses petting him showing him love and care. I picked him up an hour later and they had paperwork showing me all the proper ways on how to take care of my dog at home. After the first day they checked in with me just to see how he was doing. As long as I have pets and I need a vet I will ALWAYS come back here!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the caring and professional services that we receive at Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital (RBAH). We have been taking our pets there for years, and we would never consider taking them anywhere else. In fact, we moved a year ago and now live a considerable distance from RBAH; however, we still take our dogs to see Drs. Lapova, Green, and Leggett. We have seen all 3 doctors, and each of them is knowledgable, skilled, professional, and empathetic. Like the doctors, the staff members are always pleasant and extremely customer service-oriented. We also appreciate that the vets treat rescue/stray/injured animals. The folks at RBAH feel like family to us, and, as I said, we cant imagine ever taking our pets anywhere else.

Would like to thank Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital for taking care of my pup dog. We could tell she wasnt feeling great so we took her to see Dr. Yelena Lapova. She diagnosed the issue almost immediately and tests confirmed her initial diagnosis. With the help of Dr. Green we had a successful surgery the following day to fix the issue. Hours after surgery she was already feeling better and within 2 days she was pretty much back to normal and feeling great. My kids havent really known another dog at our home and for them to help get her back healthy was a huge deal for my family. Thx so much for the professionalism and comfort level that your office provides!

When my Shih Tzu was really sick right before my husband and I were about to leave for a long weekend business trip, Dr. Lapova was willing to work him in on a busy Saturday morning. After the initial blood work, she and James went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to care for our Fuzzy. I have never met a veterinarian who cares as much about the humans as they do the furbabies. We happily travel across the city so that Dr. Lapova and her competent staff can take care of our babies.

My regular Vet is in Mississippi. I recently had a situation which required a Vet licensed in Tennessee. I choose Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital out of the phone book. I was very nervous because I am a little OCD when it comes to my sweet Dog! I was very happy at the level of care and compassion my dog received. I want the best care for my dog. That includes attention to both physical and emotional well being. The Veterinary Team, at Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital, does just that. They carefully select employees possessing a genuine sincerity for animal health and well being. Staff immediately connect with Nugg when she enters the building, letting her know she is welcome and belongs there. For Nugg, RBAH is her home away from home. <3 :-)

I cant say enough great things about this place. I have been going to this office since I moved to Memphis a few years ago, and would not dream of going anywhere else. They always do such a great job of taking care of my pets. Every time I go in they always remember my dogs. You can tell they are not just another patient to them, but rather an extension of my family. They go above and beyond to make sure my pets are taken care of.

Nice clean and cozy waiting room. The staff was courteous and the vet explained everything well. The appt was fast and in a decent price range. Plus they have discount programs. Will probably be using it from now on.
