I have been going to Advanced Animal Health for about 30 years now. They are always available to me whenever I need them. I have called many times for emergency vet care and they have ALWAYS been there, any time, day or night. I have even made appts. for my dogs on the spur of the moment and they always say bring him, we will squeeze you in. Rarely have I ever had to wait to be seen. Not only that, but the staff is always friendly. The doctors are wonderful and knowledgeable. I have a special needs dog that needs to be weighed frequently and they let me use their scale whenever I want. They also have a wonderful lady named Barb that orders special pet food for my babies. I also can remember being so upset that one of my babies was sick that I called the emergency number and Dr. Haenni took the time to make sure I was confident in my understanding of the issue before she hung up with me. We were on the phone for a good 20-30 mins and it was pretty late at night. This is also where I board my babies when I go on vacation most of the time. I have on occasion had a friend babysit. I called AAHC and informed them I was going on vacation. I told them someone was babysitting and then asked them if anything happened to my babies while I was gone to please treat them and I would take care of any bills when I got home. They said they absolutely would. Nothing happened, but I was much happier knowing that if something did happen my babies would be taken care of. If you are looking for a new vets office you should give these guys a try. They are wonderful.

I have taken my pets to AAHC forever. I thoroughly enjoy the staff and vets. They have provided me with information that has saved me many vet visits and have actually saved the lives of 5 of my beloved pets. I brought my Cocker Spaniel in with congestive heart failure when he was around 3 years old. Thanks to the great care he received he made it well past 14 years. My cat Buddy was having breathing issues. I took him in to be checked and as usual when I bring a pet in he was given lots of attention. He was x-rayed and given anti biotic. They even gave him the first dose. Buddy seemed to be in no hurry to leave!! When I brought my extremely ill Daphne in she was diagnosed and treated and within 4 days was back to her lioness self!! Once again I am grateful to AAHC as I have been so many times over the years. I brought my cat Jericho in due to issues urinating. She was treated and returned to me. I was surprised by her comfort with the staff who are not well known to her, quite unusual! Must be all of the positive energy! She is doing well! My cat Daphne had her first lazar treatment for inflammation in her mouth due to an auto immune disorder. She seemed to enjoy the treatment and seemed to have much less discomfort when she got home. I was amazed to watch her eat rapidly and in considerable amounts. If your pet has any type of inflammation issues I would highly recommend these treatments.

Having recently moved to the Rock Falls area and now being 40 miles from our family vet clinic, our dog-daughter Gidget needed help fast. She became very ill and we called the Advanced Animal Health Center in Rock Falls, IL. From the first phone call we felt comfortable and comforted by the staff at this clinic. They were all friendly, compassionate, and kind to Gidget. As any other dog lover knows, these are members of our family, not just pets. Dr. Haenni was exemplary with her care of Gidget with the initial visit, and we were very pleasantly surprised with all of the follow-up calls to see how Gidget was doing. In a nutshell, we could not have asked for better care. I would suggest many of the "human" clinics could improve their customer/patient care by using this clinic as their example to follow. We would recommend them to all and will not hesitate to go back whenever the need arises.....hopefully never again, but if necessary we would select them to care for our dog-daughter.

I adopt retired racing greyhounds and Ive always taken my dogs to AAHC. Greyhounds are in some ways different from other dogs. Their lab values are different and in some instances they require a different dose of medicine or even a different kind of medicine. AAHC has made a point of finding out about greyhounds so my dogs get the best care. They are always there for their patients. It wasnt long ago that I was there at 2am with a friend and her greyhound. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Isabel has been coming here since she was a baby 5 years ago and absolutely loves it!! Izzy is treated like she is one of their family and feels very comfortable with all of them!!! We know we can call if there is a problem no matter where we are since we travel and they can help us or find help for us!!!! We all love our veterinarian!!!!!

Well, I think this place is a very good place for your pets that you can trust. Once my dog got ran over by a car and they were able to fix her right up. She was better in like 1 week or 2! Yep I trust this place and I give it a 5 starr!(:
