I cant even define how the staff at Devun managed to make an absolutely tragic event with our dog even more tragic. The veterinarians themselves are good, but the office staff is immeasurably horrible. Truly made a horrible experience so much worse. Will never return. Paid them $3000 only to be treated disgracefully by staff. Sadly, the vets are responsible too l, as they apparently encourage the rude behavior of their staff.

I am new to the area (1 week) and went to this vet when I noticed blood on my dogs fur. When I looked there were wounds. I went in with the dog and was told they would not see him. It is by appointment only. This behavior is against the state board which says they cannot refuse care to an animal.

The vet that we see is very knowledgeable about everything we wonder. He spends a great amount of his time giving us extra advice and we never feel rushed when we keep him longer as we ask many questions. Our dog loves him and she actually gets excited when she is near the clinic.
