If I could rate this place a zero I would! We have been bringing our dogs there for over 15 years, and you think these people would appreciate their loyal customers. My dog Daisy had a tumor that no one ever told us about even after all the expensive tests!! It happened to bust and then rupture her eardrum. She was bleeding out for 2 hours. So we rushed her there and they said that they dont have enough time for her, that they have to get through "regular" appointments first. Thats like going to the emergency room and them telling you that they dont have enough time for you but you could wait 3 more hours until they are done with everyone else after bleeding out for 2 hours!!!! I will never bring any of my dogs there EVER again!!! Luckily there was another clinic near by!

I drive all the way from Covington because we love Dr. Perret and his wonderful staff...they are very kind, caring, and gentle when it comes to the animals. They also put pet parents at ease, I know because they have our familys veterinarian of choice since a lil over 12yrs. Would I go anywhere else?... NOPE... Ill make that drive every time!

The staff and Dr Perret are amazing. I had to have my 13 year old dog put to sleep and they were so sweet and thoughtful and helpful. They made this terrible process a little less heartbreaking. Thank you.
