I had a great visit today at the new complex. The building was new, clean, and very orderly when I walked in. I was promptly greeted by the receptionist, and provided the paperwork needed. The tech that brought me back was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered any questions I had, and did not rush through. The tech took me over & prepaired me to see Dr. Drake. The doctor went over the results of my exam & answered my questions and proposed solutions. Once the appointment was over, they helped me order my two pair of glasses. He explained my new prescription to me & discussed the options I could order for my glasses. The staff at the office is great! Dr. Drake is so good with adults & children. They have all the latest equipment & gadgets. Dr. Drake has helped my wife & I for 2-3 years now and never a bad visit. Good luck with your practice and l highly recommend Drakes Eye Care to everyone.

I got my glasses a little over 6 months ago and had a wonderful experience. Me and my husband were looking for a new optometrist and this was the first place that didnt seem bothered by me calling to schedule an appointment. When we got to the office for our appointment they were very professional and the wait was not long at all. (5-10 minutes, including filling out paperwork) The office was very clean and kept organized. Dr. Drake helped me get the right prescription that I so desperately needed and was very informative about everything she was doing and what all she was seeing that was going on with my vision. I just went in this last week to get sunglasses and once again, I had the same type of experience. Very helpful with finding the right frames and lenses, friendly staff, and clean facilities. I have and will continue to recommend this office to anyone I know looking for an optometrist.

I went with my wife to see DR. Sanders last week. getting an appointment was easy. upon arrival were greeted by Kathy whom was very helpful and pleasant. After filling out the paper work she was taken back after a short wait.DR. Sanders assistant i believe it was krista was very informative with the exams she was performing and was funny as well. i waited while she had her exam and found DR. Sanders to be attentive.Here is where the mixed feelings start. After her exam she needed glasses, we were helped by jennifer. As my wife and i discussed which frames we liked best she continually interupted and i felt as if she were pushing the more expensive frames at us. We could not get a moment to talk without her talking. i would recommend this office for an exam but beware if you need glasses.

I love,love,love everything about Drake Eye Care and Eyewear! Ive been coming here for 2-3 years and have had only the BEST experience. Dr.Drake has a great sense of humor and knows how to relate to her patients. Her husband is very friendly and great to work with as well when picking out a new pair of glasses.The supporting staff are wonderful and always pleasant to work with. A big sign that its a great environment is that majority of the staff has been the same the whole time, meaning it must be a great place to work. Theyve only added staff because of the growth of another optometrist. I dont normally write reviews, but Ive had such a great experience with them as far as customer service I thought it was worth taking the time out to give credit where credit is due!

I hate these glasses I go t from this office. The giels there are unable to fix problems with fitting them to my face. The perscription is wrong the first time, so I went back to fix them. When I got my new ones, the doctor was rude & hateful. They seem liek they need to hire more poeple because the wait was too long. They said they dont take my stepdaughters seperate insurance but when I called the ins. company they say the office was supposed to. When I asked why they did not tak e it, the girl on the phone said it was becasue the insurance was "poor quality and they didnt want to deal with the problems from the lab" The receptionist is beyond rude. Do NOT go here, they are overpriced and will steal your money.

I was referred to Drake Eye Care from a family member and have been going there for 3 years. They always have the newest style of frames and a great and frendly staff to help you make those hard choices. And for Dr. Drake, she is the best. She goes that extra step to talk to you and explain any treatment she thinks you might need or dont need. When I leave I always feel I got the best service. Over the years Ive been to 5 or 6 different eye care stores and seen several doctors who just rushed you in and hand you a prescription, but no more. I drive from Nolensvilles to Murfreesboro which is about 30 mins but its worth it.

Any person I have been in contact with over the phone or in person here has far exceeded my expectations. Extremely personable people and excellent service. I purchased my infant daughters glasses and lenses here and have had to replace the lenses on them twice due to scratches. I purchased a scratch warranty on the glasses when I first bought them and they have quickly ordered replacement lenses (for free) both times theyve had to be replaced. The people here are fantastic all the way around and I would not even consider the possibility of going anywhere else.

Unknowledgable about a simple eye problem..got referred to another eye doctor an hour away. Then when I get to the address they gave me to the other doctor (they didnt even send me an appt confirmation email)..it was an abandoned office. I called the contact number they gave me, phone was out of service. You cant make this stuff up guys. Waste of my time, gas, and 2 hours drive for nothing. I called up the office she asks if want to reschedule with another Dr? As if I would trust them again. Talk about a bad experience

I would highly recommend Drake Eye Care for any of your eyecare needs. Everyone from the front desk staff to the technician to the doctor to the style/fit specialist were kind, courteous and extremely helpful. This was my first eye exam experience as well as my 14 year old sons. We had a wonderful experience. They took their time to answer all of our questions. Their prices and insurance handling were affordable and straight forward. We will continue to see them for any/all of our eye needs.

They have a very limited selection of eyewear, especially for men. The prices are very high. If you go to ValueVision or Lenscrafters, you get better deals. The optometrists are fine, but theyll walk you out of the patient room and straight to the lobby to try out glasses. Theyre pushing you to buy glasses from them and add expensive features without asking your permission. If you want to get your eye exam here theyre fine, but DO NOT buy your glasses here.

Visited Drake Eye care for the first time last week. Soooo glad I switched from Visionworks. I didnt feel rushed. Staff was extremely curious and helpful. Dr. Ohara was fantastic! Been experiencing a lot of headaches after getting my contacts from Visionworks. She discovered that my prescription was actually too high, and also switches brands to the Acuvue Vita. Eyes have been much more comfortable, and no more headaches. A++++
