I used to like this place as Ive been here for almost 18 mos. But I just had my appointment cancelled without my knowledge for the second time. I have had issues getting in touch with someone to contact my pharmacy about medications, etc. Pushing someones therapy 3 months is truly unacceptable when someone is struggling with mental health issues. I have had good experiences with the providers but horrific experience with the office. If you dont need regular visits, this may work for you.

Ive been visiting the Frye clinic for over a decade. It used to be a wonderful place to get the help I need. But I dont know what has changed. No one answers the phone, I cant get a scheduled appointment, office staff is rude... it goes on and on. If I could rate them less than one star, I would. Now days, I no longer go because its just easier to find another doctor.

My experience with the nurse I see has been good however, the appointment scheduling has always been an issue and the wait time is rediculous. Every time I have an appointment I always end up waiting for at least 1-1.5 hours before Im ever seen. Clearly there is no respect for their patients time. I will be looking for another place to go.
