Im struggling while writing this review, but it needs to be written. The good and the bad. The good: their customer service was above and beyond. The ladies there were so kind and caring to my two Pomeranians. They greeted me with smiles and were also so nice as to answering questions anytime I called before the visit and the day of. My female, Luna, got spayed and she has done so well. Her incision is healing nicely and she acts like herself now. Their prices are also the best in town! The bad: my vet is livid at not only me, for taking them there, but also at the clinic itself. He has had four patients come in this past week with infections from thier surgeries at this particular facility. One in which had to have a $400+ surgery just to save his dogs life. Luckily mine just had a slight infection with a fever. A shot and some medication/spray for a few days and he should be good as new. Also, the incision itself was on the sack which I felt was odd? My first dog I ever had had his incision on the scrotum but I let it go... my vet confirmed that his incision was in the wrong spot though. Overall their customer service is amazing but multiple dogs have gotten infections from this place? Just be very careful when taking them if you choose to and remember I took two dogs and only one got infected so you may get lucky! Im grateful my dog was fixed and that they were kind. But Im sad about the infection (that he did not cause himself, it was there the morning after - he wore his cone and was sleeping the whole time, unable to reach or even be awake to do anything to cause harm).

Wonderful place and awesome people. They do an amazing job. Ive had animals fixed at a vet and its no where near as good as here. I use them for any animals I get stray or pets. Cats or dogs.
