We had an emergency visit for our 90+ pound dog, Louie and were hard pressed for time and finances the day that we noticed his symptoms. Roseland got us in the same day and the front desk staff, our vet tech, and Dr. Dougherty were professional, courteous, and so understanding of our situation. She gave us a treatment recommendation and offered multiple different options to fit our budget and time constraints, complete with the pros and cons of each treatment. She saved us over $350 on medications and our office visit was about $75 less than what I had been quoted at other clinics (and over the phone). I had been anxious about trying Roseland because Ive heard so many people say that its expensive but our visit was far less than expected, the service far exceeded our expectations, and from here on out, we will not trust anyone else with our animals.

Outstanding. Took my dog here on short notice for an emergency visit. We were with the vet in less than 10 minutes. Knowledgeable and affordable, even with the emergency visit fee, and efficient - one test was ordered which came back with the correct diagnosis. Friendly staff. Follow up call from Dr. Maske when the labs came back. Clearly a guy giving it 100%, choosing to coordinate care with me personally and even giving me a call after hours with instructions on how to treat my dog. All of this after a single walk-in visit. Great experience overall

Dr. Dougherty misdiagnosed my cats illness. She said abdominal ultrasound and blood work performed in December 2016 was normal. My cat continued to vomit daily. Tried various medications and diet changes. In April 2017 I had to take her to the emergency vet clinic. They found a large mass in her stomach and diagnosed her with feline lymphoma. There was nothing they could do for her. I had to have her put to sleep. The doctor never took responsibility for her actions, all I got from her were excuses.

I havent been in to see them yet; I have a 9 year old poodle rescue. Hes never been to a vet or had shots. A little worried as Ive been doing very well with him. He had knots in fur that took 4 hours to get out. He has a fungal infection in his paws. Id like to get him fixed but idk if theyll take him.

Years ago, owner and wife were opinionated monsters. Wife was going to slap my dog for playful chewing of fingers. I wouldnt ever take a pet there again. And if they even hope to stay in business get rid of that voicemail recording and get someone to REALLY answer the phone.

Nail trim - I found this vet they are around the corner from my new house - I love these guys, desk clerks are always very nice - I havent dealt with the vets yet - when that happens I will post another review - so far I give them 5 starts

Everyone I met at Roseland Animal Hospital was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Bauer was very knowledgable and treated my kitten well. Their prices seem a tad higher than other places, but you get what you pay for here.

Horrible place. Got turned away 3 times while my dog has a broken femur. And when I walked in to ask about a possible appointment one of the staff members rolled her eyes at me. NOT A PROFESSIONAL PLACE AT ALL.

We take our animals there and love the vets. The wait time can be ridiculous sometimes and a few certain front desk people should not be working there. But the vets are awesome and the vet techs are great.

This practice is all about money. Vaccines not really necessary and tests not needed. I found the staff snooty and when asked to speak to the veterinarian was put off by technicians.
