Ive been driving my dog there from Indianapolis because the quality and price are that much better. My Indy vet wanted to give my dog $3k surgery and Clayview got rid of her kidney stones with prescription food. We avoided surgery and saved $2500 in unnecessary fees. Thats a lot of money and my 9 year old dog isnt recovering from surgery.

I used to come here with my cat - they couldnt figure out what was wrong with her and I ended up having to put her to sleep at another clinic after they wouldnt get me in for an appointment. Doctors are sweet but the staff, especially samantha were awful - she didnt care and seemed distracted.

This is a good but busy clinic. Dr. Lorri is friendly and competent, and she will take extra time with you when you need it. The staff does a lot of the "face" work and are friendly and motivated. Weve been taking our pets here for two years and are pleased with the service.

They are very caring about your pets. They have always been there when I needed them. They helped when I had a house fire to care for my cats and dogs. It was a long process for recovery. They treat you like you are their family.

I dont even give them one star. Awful!! I brought my beagle/basset mix in. It was an emergency and they wouldnt even look at her unless I paid all the money up front.

They are so great with my dogs, the dogs are not afraid to go here. Even after my dog had to have 2 toes removed in separate surgeries.
