First of all, you wont find a friendlier or more helpful staff in Tennessee. You feel welcome coming through the door. Dr. McAfee is great at his job. Hes the whole package: thorough, friendly and he takes his time. He answers all your questions so that you really understand what hes doing and why, and what conditions may be affecting your vision. My only complaint (and why this review is not 5 stars) is that I got two pair of glasses and the bifocal set frame ended up hurting after a few days of wearing them and though they let me exchange the frame, the lenses got re-done by an in-house lab and the quality of the lenses and how they fit into the frame are far inferior compared to the regular lab they use. I ended up with a less-expensive frame (yet got no refund on the difference), and inferior lenses that are poorly fitted to the frame and basically Im stuck with them.

I love everything about this place my daughter been going here since 2nd grade she is now a 6th grader staff is amazing always smiling so helpful and professional always willing to answer any questions i may have office is always clean and neat and the doctor so easy to talk to works great with kids and so professional if your in the spring hill area deff go check them out

I switched a few years ago after having a terrible experience at place in Franklin. Dr McAfee is excellent and always very professional. His staff is always so friendly and sweet.
