Called to make a new patient appointment and was told they would check the insurance ahead of time. Arrived for my appointment and no one had checked. I waited for 25 minutes while they tried to call around for the insurance and was then told they couldnt find it. But I was still able to get their services if I paid out of pocket. Wasted 45 minutes even though I was told they would check prior to my visit.

I called and made an appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with explaining my insurance benefits. The hours are so convenient as well as the location. When I went for my appointment the staff was very sweet. The doctor was awsome he did a great job. I can see great out of my contacts. Im always coming here every year for my eye exam.

My son broke his frames and of course it was a holiday weekend. Even though we were a walk in they did an eye exam right away and when they didnt have his prescription in stock, they called around to find us a location so he could get his new lenses and frames the same day. The office staff was amazing and the doctor did a fabulous job on my sons exam.

Dr. Vala was outstanding!!! She took her time explaining a potential issue with my eyes. Very impressed with her knowledge. She was also very pleasant and outgoing. Dont always find that in a doctor these days!!!
