First, my eye exam with Dr. Sperry was the most thorough that Ive ever had since wearing glasses for over 20 years. He was very knowledgeable and provided much information and has up-to-date equipment. I have the utmost confidence in him. Second, Michelle and the staff helped me find the perfect frames for day wear and sunglasses. They had a great selection of prescription RayBans which I really love. Its nice to have modern, sporty prescription sunglasses. Third, my plastic frame glasses do not have a nose guard on the bridge and they didnt stay in place well (typical for me with plastic frames). Michelle special ordered stick on plastic nose guards that are perfect. Ive never had anyone tell me about them and they allow me to have the frames that I love and not have them falling down all the time. Fourth, the had a large selection of frames! All in all I had a great experience at the Bozeman LensCrafters and look forward to using them in the future.

Wow I had come in to see about having my glasses replaced and the lady jumped me and didnt let me speak, started assuming before I could even say anything. She didnt even greet me, she stayed in the back like she was too busy to help or something? I was the only customer.

Ive come here twice and both time they double booked my appointment resulting in a 30-45 minute wait during work hours. What was the purpose of an appointment? They dont care about your time and only seem to want to kick you out the door for the next patient.

Ever since the new manager Michelle came to help the store out, things have been getting back on track! With an all new and exceptionally friendly/knowledgeable staff plus a great selection of glasses, you cant beat it.
