Transition lenses barely changed level regardless of conditions. Went back to JC Penney immediately and indicated that I was not happy because of this and demonstrated the problem to them. They told me that I got what I ordered and that there are no refunds or exchanges for any reason. I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know this story. Do not understand how a company can do business this way. Especially one of their size. In fact, I avoid the store as much as possible because of this incident.

I almost decided not to go here because of the bad reviews--but Im glad I did. I had the best service that I have ever had. The manager, Jacqueline, and her trainee, Lucinda treated me like I really mattered. They made sure I got every special price possible and did not rush my appointment. By the time I left, I felt really happy and felt like I had made two new friends. Dont go by old reviews--these are new people who will treat you as special as they treated me!

Had to call main office to get someone to help me bad service. If they do fixed my glass I dont think I will be returning to much hassel and Im to busy to wait for there employee to show up for work.
