I am SO impressed with the Costco Vision Center in Bozeman!! I previously went to a Dr. at a much more expensive eye clinic located in both Bozeman and Belgrade and I decided last year to check around on the price of my contacts and found that Costco was far less expensive for the exact same contacts! I set up an apt. to see the doctor and was able to get in right away. I had my 6 year old with me and the Dr. took extra time to explain what she was doing all while giving me an eye exam that went above and beyond what Id ever received at my previous Dr. I was looking for contacts to better suit my dry eyes and she allowed me to try on several pairs to find something comfortable. My previous Dr. seemed rushed and only interested in providing unnecessary and costly tests and then charged excessive prices for the exam, glasses, contacts, prescriptions, etc...while at Costco I received excellent care at a reasonable price. I will be back and recommend them to everyone I know!

I had an exam about 6 months ago. While traveling out of state, I lost a contact. I called to get my prescription faxed to me, to buy contacts. What should have been an easy fix, was not because of what happened in the office... Unfortunately, the office had lost my prescription and my entire file. I was across the country, driving in a large city, with very bad eye sight for a few days before I was able to get into a local optometrist. Not only was my file/prescription lost, but I had to repeatedly call & leave messages to eventually find this out, and I ultimately ended up paying for something a second time. Needless to say, I will never go here again, and I highly recommend others to go elsewhere for their eye care.

Knew when I called I shouldnt have set the appointment - they do not seem to take their profession seriously - I walked out before they got me in the chair. The receptionist is short with everyone who walks in.

Ok, its low budget but so am I. I was in and out right on time, and they did a good job. Best of all, it was low cost.
