I had bought glasses here for my whole family- spent over a $1000 dollars. I was generally happy with the glasses, but after a few months the AR coatings buckled when I got into my hot car. When I went back I was expecting them to apologize, say that they should not do that, and get me replacements. Instead I got the third degree about how it was my fault and I will need to pay for it. Incredible. I am continuing to complain and they keep telling me they need to talk to their regional supervisor. So first they sell you a faulty product, then they try to blame the customer when their product fails, and they refuse to stand by it. Again, incredible. Ive had glasses with AR coating for over 30 years (since I was in first grade). This has never happened before. Ive never cleaned my glasses on my shirt, only ever with their cleaning kit. Go anywhere but here!

Terrible service. The Dr was great and I dont have problems with the glasses but the service was really bad. Went back after an hour but "the machine was broken", 6 hours later they hadnt called me as promised so I called them and they said my glasses were ready hours ago and they were waiting on me! Then when I went in they couldnt find them and said to come back the next day. After I demanded a refund they found the glasses on top of the stack. They didnt adjust them for me, and when I asked for the case that was supposed to come free they said they were out. The real kicker was when the guy told(not asked) me to go online and take the survey and be sure to give him a good review. Needless to say he did not get a good review.

Terrible service. First my prescription was wrong. I went back for them to fix them they said it was going to be ready in a week since it was their mistake. They werent ready. It took more than 2 weeks! Then when they were delivered they said they were life guarantee. They broke I went to get them fixed n surprise other lady said no you have to pay the frame! Hmm well I definitly need to find a new place! Vision works was not only expensive it was also a bad experience.

The customer service is all rite, buuttt.....I bought glasses from there the first time and when I recieved them they were the wrong prescription entirely. Second time (it never should have been a second) I bought sunglasses thinking it would be less trouble, they informed they were gona be ready for pickup the next day lo and behold I called the next day it was going to be another week. I wont go back here again due to the lack of communication and detail.

Dr. Johnson is the man! I have been coming here for about 3-4 years now and he is the best Dr. I have ever had. I jumped from Dr. to Dr. for years but now I will never go anywhere else. This guy cares about the details, and I know this because my eye situation is complicated, but he takes time to do things right every single time.

The female optometrist was great about a year ago as was the staff, but went in recently and they were unable to get me a set of contacts to get me through my day before I could get in for a vision check. I think the staff and optometrist were new. After going there for 5 years I would have expected a little more :(

This place is great! Every single person, med tech, salesperson, and doctor, was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. We got my daughters glasses the same day. The price for her daily contacts was comperable to the "deep discounts" offered on my insurance website. We will definitely be coming back!
