First I wish i had the option to select no stars. Second the doctor knowing gave me the wrong contact prescriptions and told me i could will just have to get used to it. At the time of the visit i told the doctor the prescription was not right and it didnt feel right. And again i was told i should get used to them. I tried to explain to the doctor that it feels too off to even be able to get used to and i he again told me i had to wait, so basically i felt bullied into getting the wrong prescriptions and that i didnt know what i was talking about because i wasnt a doctor. The, when i brought the situation to the attention of the office manager she said i should have come in sooner, but how soon would you be willing to return after leaving the office that made you feel like your opinion didnt matter.

This is a great place. The people are friendly from the minute you enter the business until you walk out. They are professionals and address any issues brought up quickly and without delay. They understand that the customer is important and do everything they can to make it a good experience. I would recommend anyone looking for their eye care to utilize this business. They not only handle the eye exam efficiently, but they have a large selection of eye-ware on site, which makes it easier to take care of everything at once.

Until I found Image Eyecare I went between a few places that could never quite get things right. So when I found this place it was perfect. I have been a patient here for nearly a decade now and couldnt be happier with the glasses and contacts I get. In fact, I just got new glasses and needed the nose piece adjusted; only took five minutes. I can say from experience that Dr. Moulton and staff really care about how well you see the world, as I need to be able to see the board at ASU for my engineering courses.

I was referred here due to their selection of glasses. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I ended up having my eyes re-checked. Then bought the correct contacts, in which they checked after I had them to make sure they WERE what I needed (not like Wal-mart who rushed me out after the contacts were in). If you are looking for inexpensive quality products helpful patient knowledgeable staff. Dont waste your time elsewhere, this is the only place you need.
