Being on blood thinners, I had become concerned when my right eye turned a vivid red from a blood vessel bursting. It had happened in the past but normally went away from a week or so but this one hung on for about three weeks. Finally I called and explained my panic. Althea set me up the next day even though she explained it was normal and would go away. When I met finally with Dr Field-Sherlock she put me at ease with a dilation and pressure check, explaining again what was happening. For years Ive been seeing a doctor in Wisconsin but now that weve moved to AZ, I have found another clinic where I can feel just as comfortable as I have up north. Thanks to all who were engaged in this process!

Southwestern Eye Center has been managing my eye issues for over 13 years. I have been through multiple surgeries, procedures and exams and find that they are professional, courteous, leaders in the eye care industry, and are a pleasure to work with. Dr. Lisa Field Sherlock is the best! She always sees me when I need to come in and refers me to the best Doctor for additional procedures. I highly recommend her as an eye care professional.

Get my annual check out today. I have been noticing that my eyes have been getting weaker and that I have been having a hard time reading. I asked the doctor to pay particular attention to that and he was great. He was able to find the right prescription for my eyes. I was able to pick out a nice frame and am now waiting to get the new lens and frame. Everyone is very professional and upbeat.

All staff were friendly and had a smile..When I had a question it was answered either by them or they had someone who could. Appointment today 05/13/2016 went quick and good even thou they were a little behind....A smile and hand shake from Dr. Pfister with a good report on my right eye now ready on Monday to finish and have good eye site again... I have always preferred going to Southwestern Eye. They are kind and very helpful and sometimes funny. Ive met nice people in the waiting room from all over U.S. Most of the winter visitors really enjoy our good weather, but they dont like the long lines when they go out to eat, but neither do I. So, when I go out to eat, I go at 4PM, then sometimes I have to wait.

I have received outstanding care on numerous occasions at Southwestern Eye Center! The receptionist -Althea- was very nice and welcoming. The administrative staff was very professional and nice. The doctors assistant -Tiffany- was very kind and knowledgeable. I love Dr. Lisa Field-Sherlock, she is just great. My visits to this eye center are always pleasant!

Ive been going to this location for approximately 3 years and always find them very courteous and easy to work with. From the check-in to the exam and then for payment they are always pleasant and very professional. I like that they check your insurance prior to you arriving so there is no surprises. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed in the laser surgery and surgeon was very rude. The center could do all of the required visits in one, and instead they draw it out into three or four visits More insurance money for them
