I was extremely impressed... The staff was courteous, professional and sympathetic. They treated my dog like it was my child, rather than just another dog. The Dr. was even more impressive. He didnt just ask general questions, he asked the precise questions. He took his time to listen, diagnose, and explain the small details to me that the other vets didnt. This Dr. was also far more knowledgeable than any vet in Decatur... I know this because I have been to all of them, numerous times before.. -Overall I felt that the Dr. and staff actually cared about my dogs outcome. My only regret is that I didnt know about Bridgeport Animal Hospital sooner. Hopefully this review will help other desperate people find them.

On August 1st I called the doctor after hours, Dr. Williams answered and met me there. My sweet 14 Year old "Cooder " had a stroke, but he wasnt ready to give up yet and neither were we. Dr. Williams is FANTASTIC!! LOVING, KIND, AND COMPASSIONATE ! In the end he still had to be put to sleep. It was very sad, but the sweetest moment you can think of. It wasnt cold and quick. He gave Cooder a shot to make him sleepy, (the whole time Dr. WILLIAMS & I both were petting and talking to him.) Then he gave Cooder a shot to end his suffering. He made a horrible moment very sweet and kind. I highly recommend Bridgeport Animal Hospital, and especially Dr. Williams!!

We have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of care and level of professionalism consistently displayed by everyone at BAH, in particular Dr. Williams. He has neutered our llamas, excised abscesses on our goats, and provided emergency care for several of our show geese who were injured by predators (but not all on the same visit, thank goodness). The premises are always clean and neat; the staff is always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them to you.

I would like to thank everyone at the Bridgeport Animal Hospital. I brought my 13 year old Junior in to be put out if his pain. Though it was one of the most hardest things I have ever done, the staff made it comforting for his last moments. Even though yall was not his vet services, I am ever grateful to the care that you took wuth him and me. It means more than you know! Yall have a wonderful staff and I would recommend you to everyone I know.

Weve been using this place for our animals for over 21 years and have always been very satisfied with the care our animals receive. The vets and their staff really are so good with our dog now and give him great care. We also use their kennel service and they do a wonderful job and we never have to worry about him when were gone out of town. Highly recommend this place!!

Been going here for years. The Drs are good, the staff are nice but Rita makes me grind my teeth EVERYTIME I have to talk to her.
