Took my four kittens here to get help cuz one of them wasnt doing so well. I paid them to watch over her and feed her. I called and even showed up on my lunch brake to see if she was ok. They said yes. Long story sort I went back to pick her up And when they gave her to me I checked on her. And she was dead! Yess people they gave me a dead cat! And no one there knew she was dead for a while. They neglected The kettins and one died!!! No one checked on them they didnt even know she was dead. They just handed her to me. My poor kittens where covered in pee. And lying in there own Feces. They did not feed them. All they did was take my money. The staff didnt know what they where doing. Neglected the kittens and one died because of it. Awful place. Lazy staff

I am new to the area and was looking for a good vet. I had a bad experience at a different vet here in Granbury and was skeptical about being able to find good animal care in the area. I saw all of the good ratings for this clinic and thought to myself, they must have had all of their friends rate them. Well, I have to say I believe all of these reviews now. I took my cat into this office and they were wonderful with her. Everyone I came in contact with was good with animals and they seemed to have genuine concern for my pet. The vet was well informed and gave me several options when it came to diagnosing and treating my cat. I am so grateful for their kindness, knowledge, and ability to work well with animals. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Our sweet furr-babies - Sele and Tinkerbell have both been so blessed to have such a loving veterinarian in Dr. Saliba. The staff and techs at La Paloma have all been so good with our two dogs. We are so grateful for the quick service, kindness and courtesy always shown to us. Our experience is beyond excellent at La Paloma. Thank you Bill and Dr. Saliba. We will always be so grateful to you for helping us keep Sele and Tink healthy and happy. Our dear Sele passed away in March. The team at La Paloma were so kind to Sele and to us and they helped us through the grief and pain of losing our German Shepherd after 12 wonderful years. The love and grace of God truly works through the entire staff at La Paloma. We thank God for them.

The receptionists, techs, and vets are very welcoming and friendly. We brought our 2 year old dog in to get her rabies vaccine, and the vet asked if she had any of her other annual vaccines. When we told her no, she did not judge us or look down on us(this happens all too often other places). Instead, she explained the benefits of getting our dogs shots taken care of, and offered different payment options. I have anxiety about bringing my dog in public places because she is a Chiwawa mix and sometimes barks at the other dogs. The receptionist and other staff is friendly even when my dog starts to whine, bark or growl. Also, the other pet owners who I wait in the waiting room with have all been very friendly.

I moved from a Fort Worth long time vet to this clinic, primarily for the loving Christian care they provide to their patients. Pam Saliba is extremely focused on health and well-being and consistently strives to ensure we try all avenues of natural solutions first. I have a 4 lb. Yorkie and theyve performed two surgeries on her and I couldnt be more pleased with their care, treatment and most importantly sharing the facts with me, regardless of the length of time it takes to do so. Bill and Pam have dedicated their lives to this clinic and youll not find a better second home for your pet if they are ill!

I love this clinic. They are very caring and professional. When we had to bring my beloved Cuddles and have her put to sleep Dr Saliba was there they fit us in and she helped me get through this . She prayed with us before we did it. I adopted a mixed terrier from Granbury Friends for Animals brought her in for a checkup and to get more heartworm medicine. The staff is amazing very professional very caring about the animals and Dr Saliba took her time with Violet checked her out gave advice its been awhile since I had a puppy. Cant say enough good things about this clinic

I have been a client of La Paloma since 2003 when I moved to Granbury. Dr. Pam took loving care of my Aussie, Casey, and my most precious friend, Poodle, Ali. Casey lived to be about 16 and my Ali lived to be 16. She prayed with me when I took her my little Ali to her and then, she (and God) healed her. She has a wonderful laser machine that helps greatly when there is inflammation in animals body. Her prices are fair and her care excellent. And I love her as a wonderful caregiver.

We have been with La Paloma since we moved here from California. They have taken care of us like family from day one, from shots and physicals, to nervous breakdowns, and, finally, terminal diseases. Copper (beagle) was on a first-name basis with everyone, and Sheba (our misanthropic cat) went right to them. I could tell that it was as hard on them as it was on us when they passed. I dont know how we would have made it without them.

We have 4 yorkies and one being a Teacup weighed 2lbs.4 oz.He became very ill after the first day we brought him home from the breeder, Dr Saliba and her very caring, professional and skilled doctors on her staff, brought the little guy through fine. He only weighed 1lb. at that time. He is 3 years now. All the 3 others, brother and sisters are in excellent health. I rate La Paloma 5-star animal hospital!

Dr Pam Saliba and staff have been our vet for over ten years - we wouldnt go anywhere else! We drive from Southwest Fort Worth. We take our personal Brittanys to La Paloma as well as our rescue Brittanys (Brittany Rescue in Texas). They have treated over 1,000 of our rescue Brittanys - we love Dr. Pam, Bill, and ALL the staff at La Paloma - wouldnt ever go anywhere else :)

Bentley, my English mastiff does not like the vets office at all. However, Dr. Saliba is so patient and soft spoken that she is able to perform all of his procedures without fear or trauma. I wouldnt ever take him anywhere else. We are blessed to have her as his vet.
