We have been taking our dogs here for a very long time, they came very highly recommended. This one star review is for the past two years. If I was writing this review them it would be a five star review, but due to the lack of personability from Dr. McLeods wife, and lack of common courtesy we will no longer be going there. Several years ago she was never answering the phone, here lately she has been answering more frequently. I am formed her one year ago that we were going to be going out of town for a. Few weeks, she informed me that they would not give any discounts for multiple pets or for extended stay. It was not until after I informed her that she changed her mind and gave us 10% off. Being in sales and customer service I recognize The incident that pushed us over the edge with them was when one of my dogs had an issue that needed to be looked at, a very small issue. I was well aware that both of our dogs were due in one month to get yearly exams. She informed me that it would cost a diagnosis fee to just look at the one issue plus the yearly exam on both dogs. Thats even with buying medicine from them. Since then we have changed to Northwest vet hospital and they have been nothing but great full for our busines thats even with buying medicine from them. Since then we have changed to northwest vet hospital and they have been nothing short of greatfull and respectful for our business. On a positive note, Krista is the only exception for them. She is always positive and has a very good csr mentality. She is the reason we stayed with Dr.Mcleod for so long.

Dr. McLeod has taken great care of Sam over the years, including a recent surgery. His service is highly valued so do not think twice about taking your pet to see him and the very caring staff.

These people arent bad. They pull through when you need their help, but Id recommend going somewhere else. Their bedside manner isnt that great.
