6th STAR Experience. After being in the military for many years, I have hated going to the dentist. I have looked around at other dentist in the DFW area for many years. I have found that allot of dentist weren’t able to do the work required and needed to refer me to another office. Some dentist offices personnel didn’t care about good customer service and the over lacking of professionalism and pride in their jobs. I can honestly say I don’t hate going to the dentist anymore. The first time I met Dr. Wadhwa, she was very nice and professional. She spoke to me with a smile and was willing to answer any questions or concern I had. She went out of her way to make a personal connection to ease my concerns. She even did my first cleaning! Which I have never had a dentist do. Normally before cleaning, I need them to num my gums, but not with her. I felt no discomfort. My second appointment with Dr. Wadhwa was as 02:30PM. I arrived 15 minutes early, instead of making me wait the 15 minutes; her staff started getting me prepped. I was very impressed by Dr. Wadhwa staff because of this. When Dr. Wadhwa informed me originally how long it would take for my procedure, she was right on the money with time to spare. When it was all over, Dr. Wadhwa escorted me to the front desk. Informed the office manager what was done and what I needed to make my next appointment for. Anyone that is leery of seeing a dentist, I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Wadhwa. She is the best dentist, I have even been to. Her staff has outstanding customer service. I know there is only a 5 start rating, but Dr. Wadhwa & staff deserve a 6th STAR

After doing some research & reaching a number of dental offices, I so happened to contact Smiles at Galleria on a day considered to be a winter freeze. While many businesses were closing early due to the weather, the office manager, Jamilla answered the phone with such a pleasant tone and apologized because she had the calls routed to her personal cell phone. Wow! After being so apprehensive to speak to a dental office, we had a short casual conversation that WASNT about what type of insurance coverage I had, but how my day was going. And since its been so many years since I visited a dentist, she gave me a sense of comfort to know that I had nothing to worry about. My first visit, today, was filled with so much anxiety that everyone sensed it and they did everything in their power to ease that. I met with with Dr. Wadwha and I cant begin to explain how informative she was with my current state to any procedures that I may have needed. It was like talking to family. Everyone was so hospitable, and every person I came in contact with, thanked me for coming out, even being open to contacting them with any concerns. I walked out with the "smile" they gave me coming in (its contagious). I would definitely recommend Smiles at Galleria to anyone considering work done on their pearly whites. Thank you to the entire staff for standing behind your name. Im looking forward to my future visits with you all!

We visit Smiles At Galleria for the first time, the receptionist was very helpful with setting up same day appointments for the whole family (My son, husband and self). She went above and beyond with getting us the soonest morning appointment possible. After meeting the whole team, all I can say is this is the best Dental office we have visited so far and no doubt this place deserves a 5 stars. Dr Radhika Wadhawa is an amazing dentist!! She is very patient and kids friendly. She was very gentle through the entire checkup as well as Maria; her assistance. All the staff was very knowledgeable and we could tell by the way they addressed every single answer. We left the office without questions as Dr Radhika Wadhawa covered every single detail we could think off while the X-rays and pictures were taken. After coming up with a post dental care, she explained all about follow up appointments, best ways to accommodate all processes, post care and recommendations. The whole office works as a team and we felt a family friendly atmosphere that even my son is looking forward for his next appointment.

Dr. Wadhwa was not truthful in her suggestion for treatment. I had a cavity next to a crown. She suggested drastic treatments, like extracting tooth and either implant another tooth or make a bridge, which would damage a healthy tooth (over $1500.00 out of pocket). I went to another dentist for a second opinion. The other dentist was able to fix the cavity with no problem and make a new crown for only $300.00. PLUS, Dr. Wadhwa charged me a $50.00 deductible for a regular cleaning, which has no deductible. They will not refund my money. They coded the cleaning the wrong way to make it look like they did a periodontal cleaning. WRONG!!!!! In fact, they didnt even include the $50.00 deductible charge on the receipt to the insurance company, but I have the CC charge to prove it. I am filing a FORMAL COMPLAINT with my insurance company. All this dentist office cares about is collecting as much money as possible from you.

I love Smiles at Galleria and would love to continue with them even if I have to travel 25 miles. Love the fact that the staff is so friendly and you get to experience excellent and friendly atmosphere from appointment till the check up. I have always been avoiding dentist checkups, but visiting Smiles at Galleria makes me fearless because of the personal touch provided. I had decided to change my dentist, but after Dr. Radha Wadhwa purchased this place its a different world, Im glad I didnt change my dentist and got to experience the services from her and her new staff. I would highly recommend everybody to check this out. Please keep up with your quality and standards.

Dr. Wadhwa and her team are some of the best in the Dallas area for quality dental work. After my second visit, I was sold that this was the place to make me feel comfortable with any and all dental work that I needed to take place. Its convenient that they are so down to earth in explaining all of your options to you and making you feel comfortable with your long term plans in dental hygiene. I would recommend this dentist office to any one who is seeking quality care and not the franchise dentist offices that want to get you in and out for your money.

TBH I think we all dislike going to the dentist. Ive had numerous of bad experiences with different dentist and have never been able to stick with just one, until I visited Dr. Wadhwa and her team. From start to finish its always a great visit. Very friendly staff and Dr. Wadhwa is so patient and will explain and answer any questions without being annoyed or make you feel like you should know everything. Very warm and welcome feeling when you go in. The receptionist Maria is awesome! Never thought I would say it, but I love going in for my dental visit!

I have been a patient at this dental office since Dec 2016 and let me start by saying it I am so glad I found it after my previous dental experience! Dr.Wadha is super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to your dental treatment. Dental assistants are awesome as well and very attentive throughout your appointment. Maria the receptionist is so helpful with scheduling appointments, answering questions, insurance etc. I look forward to every visit and I cant say that about a lot of dentists. You definitely need to check them out!
