After getting an email explaining the fact I may miscarry I received one phone call from a nurse just simply telling me a hormone level was low and they will "try" to prevent a miscarraige (this is while under the care of Dr. FREEMAN). When I attempted to ask questions (obviously being just a little worried) she was unable to answer ANY of them. A couple hrs later I received another phone call from the medical assistant letting me know a prescription was called in to pretty much help prevent the "INEVITABLE" and if I experience cramps or bleeding to go to the hospital. She couldnt answer ANY OF MY QUESTIONS either! So I ask to speak to my actual DOCTOR and was told to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT of which I said I really just have a few questions, how am I unable to speak to her directly?? The nice medical assistant then said shell "TRY" to get her to call me. Well five days later and still NO phone call. This is my second pregnancy, the first was a healthy pregnancy (I now have a perfectly healthy 3 year old boy, delivered by a phenomenal doctor who is simply no longer in practice) and so I know this is HIGHLY unprofessional when addressing these highly sensitive, potentially DEVASTATING issues. The staff cannot get a prescription right to save their lives. The anti nausea medication that was called in to my pharmacy wasnt covered by my insurance so please explain why the second one called in was something I was ALLERGIC to and was notated in my charts. Then the THIRD prescription called in is a drug recently known for causing BIRTH DEFECTS. How come I was the one reminding THEM of this? (The medical assistants response? "Oh yeah...") Well here we go again, the dr wanted me to take a particular prenatal given by prescription... they screwed that up too! It took at LEAST three phone calls and one email to fix the anti nausea prescription and Im not sure how many for the prenatal. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE HAVING MY BABY WITH THIS CLINIC and I implore you to PLEASE find another clinic if you are pregnant. There are so many COMPETENT clinics nearby that would be more passionate of the care of your unborn child and YOU. Do not let this staff be the one "caring" for you and your pregnancy because it simply WONT HAPPEN.

Normally I do not have any problems out of this office although when I went on 8/01/17 I had nothing but a bad experience. When I was called back by a nurse to have my vitals taken the nurse took my blood pressure and then tried to put me in a room. I then asked the nurse if she was going to check my weight which is a good thing I had asked because I had lost weight since my last prenatal appointment. So I get into a room and notice that the room hasnt been cleaned from the previous patient there was patrolium jelly everywhere. When Doctor Freeman came in instead of offering a different room or having us leave the room she was more focused on the fact that the person that was with me cleaned the room and how she didnt have gloves on. Dr. Freeman got on to me about loosing weight which I told her I dont know why I was loosing weight. instead of her trying to figure it out she asked if I had any questions or concerns. I then told her that I was having bad pelvic pressure and other issues she put them off and proceeded to tell me shed see me next month. If any doctor was truelly concerned about the weight lose they sure wouldnt wait a month to see someone again. I will probably not be back. She didnt care to introduce herself to the people in the room and proceeded to allow an intern in the room without asking patient if that was ok which last I checked was against the law it is at that point a breach of confidentiality. And what if your patient had issues with other people and you completely disregard that. This Is Not OK

At first I wasnt too sure about this obgyn facility, as I just moved within the area, no knowledge of the Drs or offices here, and it took me quite awhile to find a place that took my specific insurance. Meeting Nehal Masalawala, she immediately made me feel completely at ease by showing amazing bedside manner. Especially with having anxiety, I was so nervous at first, but her composure was immaculate to where I could easily talk to her with no vibes of feeling rushed or insecure. Shes very thorough and anything I had any concerns about, she addressed in an appropriate yet respectful manner, with a constant friendly gesture. Definitely someone I would recommend any of my friends to see. The office staff are some of the nicest and patient, that Ive seen within a doctors office environment in quite awhile. Overall, Im very happy and thankful for choosing this office and for having such an amazingly compassionate midwife to care for me and my baby on the way.

I really wish there was a way to give negative stars. Dr. Sakovich was constantly rushed and spent a grand total of maybe 20 minutes with me over the course of 9 visits. His front office staff is rude and inconsiderate. The office as a whole reeks of ineptitude. 7-10 days to fill out a form for my employer?? Are you kidding me?? Utterly ridiculous. Oh, and there is the tiny little fact that Dr. Sakovich, so rushed DURING MY DELIVERY, he left a bit of the placenta in me. It became septic and I had to spend four days in the ICU with a two-week-old baby at home after having emergency surgery so I wouldnt, you know, die. >< So if you want a doctor that blatantly doesnt give a rats ass about you, staff thats unapologetically rude, and to have to wait two weeks for a simple form to be filled out, by all means, choose MacArthur OBGYN. Me, Id rather take my chances on something safer, like swimming in the Hudson or sharing needles with a back alley tattoo artist.

My wife says the clinical staff are very nice and she likes the doctor, but thats only half of the equation when going to any doctor. The office staff for MacArthur OB/GYN in Euless is just awful. My wifes birth control is 100% covered by our insurance and I ended up having to pay $300 due to the claim being filed incorrectly. Instead of rectifying the problem they keep deflecting the issue to the pharmacy. Ive enlisted the assistance of Compass and they have narrowed it down to the fact that the office made a mistake when ordering the birth control. Compass has called and left several messages and the office has yet to return any calls. Now, we are in the process of writing a letter to the office. This, combined with overcrowded waiting rooms has made our experience just AWFUL. This isnt the ER, if youre seeing this many patients, make the accommodations so that your waiting room doesnt look like a sardine can.

Being a 3rd year med school resident and pregnant really made finding an OBGYN that I agreed with and liked a challenge. My first 4 were horrible. I then came across Dr. Jeff Livingston. He...Is...AMAZING. Truly an incredible Dr and Person. His staff is a bit slow on the distribution of orders but he is truly worth it. His bedside manner is laid back but knowledgable. His approach is whatever you want as long as medically you and the child are alright. He is funny and caring without being pushy or arrogant. Its not his way or no way (which I find a lot of Drs carry) and he is on top of his game. I had to have a cesarean birth and he worked with me through every aspect I desired, I.E.: gentle cesarean, clear drape, delayed cord clamping etc. I would HIGHLY recommend his practice to EVERY soon to be Mother who wants a better and higher treatment of care for herself and her child.
