(from my wife) The office staff was never very helpful or great at customer service but I would go anywhere to have Dr. Flowers as my OBGYN. She is a great listener, has fantastic bedside manner and is brilliant. She has delivered both of my babies. One delivery was very high risk (she came 8 weeks early 2/2 PROM & I had a partial placenta abruption) & I always knew I was in great hands with Dr. Flowers. She is amazing!

I am hesitant to see Dr. Flowers, as the staff in this office are in serious need of refreshing their customer service skills. They need to replace the main person answering the phone in that office. She is offensively rude and unprofessional. Its appalling, really.

Theres a reason why you can only get in to see her if youre currently pregnant. Shes the best. Intelligent with a great bedside manner. Her patient list is packed and you have to schedule your annuals 6 months in advance because she is just that good.
