Seriously? Im looking to switch doctors for real! I had been seeing Dr. Laura Arnold for over a year now. While she has pleasant bedside manners, and has a calm and sweet demeanor....in my opinion with this misunderstanding that is going on until she calls me to clear it up; she doesnt know what the hell she is talking about! SMH! First off. I have a 6cm fibroid that is located on the top of my uterus, and when I had seen her last year, she drew a diagram of my female reproductive parts, and of the fibroid and where it is located. Long story short...one of my questions was, is it ok for me to get pregnant due to the fact that the fibroid is not in a place which can obstruct the lining of my fallopian tubes for the egg to implant? She told me yes its ok! And of course with any "high risk" pregnancy I know that once I were to get pregnant that my progress will be monitored closely. Fast forward a year later. I am looking to get pregnant now, and I wanted to go back on what Dr. Laura Arnold had mentioned just to see if everything is still valid of what she told me a year ago. Mind you with my fibroid I dont have ANY issues with my period. If anything, I have my regular pleasant periods and I ovulate regularly too! :) It doesnt cause me bloating or heavy bleeding....half the time I forget that it is there! On 02/10/16 I had called Dr. Lauras office to reschedule my well woman appointment and I had mentioned to the nurse about my fibroid and what me and Dr. Laura had talked about last year. I was told that I will be given a call back before end of business day that day. I was given a call back after business day that day and a voicemail was left on my phone to call back tomorrow. Today 02/11/16 I had spoke with a woman named Ally who had answered the phone when I had called first thing in the morning. She started to tell me what was said...in general terms, and I had a specific question about my fibroid and she wasnt able to answer it. I got pissed off anyway because all day yesterday I was expecting a phone call before close of business..etc. Ally transferred me to Pam who originally left me that message at the close of business day on 02/10/16. Pam mentioned that Dr. Laura stated to me last year that I had to have my fibroid REMOVED before I get pregnant? How did last year Dr. Laura went from saying that its ok for me to get pregnant.... to...I have to remove the fibroid before I get pregnant? At this point I was upset in tears because if Dr. Laura honestly felt that I had to remove the fibroid before I get pregnant, why didnt see tell me in my face last year so that way I could have made arrangements to get it removed? I was telling Pam that if Dr. Laura mentioned about fibroid removal last year, that thought would have hindered me until I had removed it, or found a 2nd opinion. Im waiting for a call back from Dr. Laura today to see what she says about this. This is all a bunch of horse crap to me. At this point Im looking for reputable OBGYNs in my area to visit because this will be my last time dealing with them. In my opinion Dr. Laura Arnold has no clue what she is talking about in my situation because she told me one positive thing last year, and now this year she is telling something completely different from what she did last year? Her and her office staff I feel need to get it together!! -Queen

So far Laura has been so amazing. We are so grateful to have found a really good obgyn for our first kid. I highly recommend her. My wife is at 11 weeks, we should find out the gender soon!

Staff was very nice, and the provider I saw was very attentive and kind! I also love that you can do things through the MyChart app with them.
