Just about the worst you could expect from a doctors office. The Doc wont even talk to patients and lets the rude office staff do the dirty work of requiring a SSN for treatment. I dont know if it was because my wife and I spoke Spanish as we came in or if they do that with everyone, but it certainly was not for insurance purposes as I had my insurance company call their office and explain that an SSN was not required for insurance. I offered to pay for the office visit up front since it came under my deductible anyway, but the obtuse admin would have none of it. Either we provide an SSN (for no clear reason) or we were not to be treated. Needless to say, we walked out. No reason anyone should put up with this kind of idiocy.

Not happy. She hurt me during the physical exam and caused me to bleed and have pain for the next two days. She claimed I had an STD before doing a test only to find out I did not. (Which I knew I didnt) When I spoke to her about birth control she only offered one option. I told her I was past wanting any more kids and wanted a more perminate solution and she refused to talk about anything other than that one option. Clearly she was getting money to push that one. She might be great for some but I am passing and have moved on to a new doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Asghar for years and she was great. Recently, she has run out of steam -she has decided not to deliver anymore. She is frequently on vacation or out of the office. It seems like she is nearing retirement. If you are looking for a one stop Ob/gyn. This is not the place. If you have an urgent problem, this is not the place.
