I would like to inform those out there who are looking for doctor to please steer clear of Dr. Lauer. Not only is he and his staff highly unprofessional but he seems to have a God complex. I started seeing Dr. Lauer in June of 2012 and thought that he was the answer to my prayers. I had been seeing another doctor who had not completely diagnosed me correctly and had mistreated me for four solid years. Dr. Lauer at first enlightened me on some things but since the new year that I have been back, that good bedside manner and all professionalism flew completely out of the window. His staff doesnt call me back with any information and when I called in to ask questions, I was repeatedly put on hold without being told and then hung up on. I asked for a copy of some labs and they refused me. I seriously wish I could involve the police in matters like this. Ive unfortunately had to see a lot of doctors since the birth of my child and have truly never been treated so grossly. I will be gladly finding another doctor and good riddance to him and his cocky, pretentious attitude.

Today, I was scheduled for surgery. I had not eaten nor taken any of my medication since midnight the night before. It took an hour to give blood and get an IV. This doctor canceled my entire surgery after 12 P.M the next day due to a late PTT test that would only be an hour late. Instead of this doctor informing me that the procedure wouldnt take place. I was told by the hospital staff. I called the Dr. Staff and Dee Dee hang up on me twice as well as the Director of Surgery over the hospital. I have yet to see my doctor nor get a phone call explaining this situation. I was left on the operating table with IV IN MY HAND. DO NOT SEE THIS PHYSICIAN.

I have to say out of all the doctors Ive seen Dr. Lauer is by far the best one Ive ever been to!! Hes very personable and takes the time to get to know you and make you feel comfortable. He remembers me every time I go in, which every doctor Ive had in the past didnt and to me personally that is a priority to me. I dont want to feel like Im just a lab rat or just another patient to you that you have to deal with because its your job. I want to feel and be treated as the individual I am and with care and concern which is exactly what Dr. Lauer does! He is an amazing and caring doctor whom Id recommend to any and everyone!!!

They fax medications to the wrong pharmacy; they close their phones before their office hours are up; They have employees who are just working there in order to pay off their plastic surgery bills which is probably why they are run so poorly. Many years of questionable service and I didnt want to move because I thought it would be too much of a hassle. Withdraw from a medication is worse than anything I thought possible. Carenow Here I Come.

He spent a good amount of time actually asking me my concerns so he could understand my worries. Then find solutions that were best suited for me. Unusual for a Dr to give you 30-45 min of time to actually listen & then explain, then meet for follow up.

I can only assume that his Groupons are a great success as I am consistently unable to get an appointment according the front desk. A woman wanting a 20 minute Botox appointment, does not want to wait a month or two. Pretty Defeating.

My wife has been to see Dr Lauer multiple times; he always invests a great deal of time discussing items in laymans terms to make sure she feels informed and I know she appreciate it. Both she and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lauer.

Awesome Doctor and staff! Very caring and compassionate! I was amazed at the time he spent discussing my care and the plan. This Doctor is also very proactive in preventative care and treatment. I would highly recommend him!
