"This is in response to the post about the glasses being defective and 20/20 Sight not standing behind their product. We value all feedback and try to improve the level of service in order to meet our standard of excellence. The style of glasses chosen were rimless and offer little support or protection for the lenses. Because of this, it is recommended that the lenses be upgraded to an impact resistant material rather than basic plastic lenses, or choosing a different frame. The manufacturer will void the warranty in cases where impact resistant lenses are not used in a rimless frame. We explained this before the purchase, and even though the glasses did not have a warranty, we made the glasses a second time at no charge. "

I love this place!! I will be going here from now on. Giselle was very helpful since the beginning to the end. They were getting close to closing time and never did she made me feel rushed at all. She even helped me and my son pick out some glasses that were 110 times better than the ones I originally chose. Theyre so pretty that I get tons of compliments about them at work and social media. Loved my experience here. Dr. Gutierrez made me feel very comfortable and I felt very well taken care of. The sweet lady who helped me with my frames went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact frames I wanted. They are also open later on Thursday evenings until 7pm which means that my husband who works late can be sure that he gets an appointment. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Ive had several exams here starting in 2008. I bring my daughter here as well. Ive never been disappointed in their selection of frames or service. The doctors are thorough and dont rush through the visit. Ive always felt they care and they always answer all my questions. I highly recommend them!
