Took my kiddos here for their annual eye exam. Robert was so nice, helpful, and extremely patient with my rambunctious munchkin! Dr. Bautista was also extremely nice, patient, and she took the time to explain everything to me. My sons couldnt of been happier when Robert called the day after their exam to let us know the glasses where in and ready to be picked up! It was a huge deal to them to have their new glases before school started, thank you Robert so much for making that happen!! We will definitely be returning and will be referring Friendly Eye Care to friends and family.

If youre looking for top quality service this is the place to go. Dr. Bautista takes the time to explain and do a thorough exam. Youll never get this type of service at a "Big box" eye clinic like Target or Walmart where youre just another customer. Here they make you feel like family. Robert takes the time to explain different lenses and to advice on what will be a better fit to your face. Overall, one of a kind customer service.

I went in and was seen that day, they just happen to have an opening, and everyone was indeed friendly! Robert explained every thing and was spot on with pricing. Dr. Bautisia was a plesure to work with and kept her cool during a freak power outage caused by a passing storm. She was funny and very personable. She took the time to explain what she was doing and the exam was a pleasure.

We were in a panic trying to get my daughter glasses since she had star testing coming up and had been complaining about not being able to see at school. They went above and beyond for us! They stayed late to help us out and we could not be more thankful!!! They we very welcoming and made us feel like family....i could go on and on about how great they are! I highly recommend them!!!
